Hi guys

This is probably what I struggle with the most.

What do y’all think is the best stuff for this out there (besides discipline lol) ?

Thanks!

You could try the following from SNS:

1) Lean Edge

2) Lean Edge Nite Burn - I think this might be more suited to the night time cravings

3) Lean GLP

Which country are you in?

Definitely agree here. We carry both SNS lead edge products at Strong Supplement Shop as well

I'm a get up on the middle of the night and eat guy. I love the Lean products but didn't help with that for me. They did help me cut some weight I think. I'm a little nervous to use GLP support product as I've had pancreatitis twice. They warn on that when using the script products.

That's where a Sleep Support would maybe work for you just so you don't wake up in the middle of the night.

Lean GLP works great for me for appetite control.

Lean Edge Nite Burn helps with sleep and nighttime appetite .

I've posted for years about struggling with appetite before bed and what I call 'Zombie eating' where wake up in middle of night half asleep and blow my diet bc not even thinking straight. LipoVantage taken in the evening works fantastic for me for that.

There wouldn't be any correlation at all between Lean GLP and pancreatitis. They do warn about it on the prescriptions but Lean GLP is helping increase your natural levels. There are studies on every ingredient in Lean GLP and none show any links to pancreatitis side effects.

make sure your taking in enough protein (at least 1 gram per pound). If I don't do this, I get cravings. If I do, I never get cravings - even in a cut.

Lean Edge Nite Burn. I use Lean Edge before bed and it truly is non stim. Could try some nicotine gum in the evening if you wanted.

Use it to your advantage and plan a meal at night. Eating before bed does not make you fat. I used to eat bananas and almond butter about an hour before bed, during a cut I would switch to a higher protein and less fat meal. Planning a meal will help keep you from munching on junk at night and ale you to stay in calorie range without exercising excruciating willpower. Best of luck

I'm a big fan of sleep support

In my opinion you can't have too much in stock of it. I like that there's no melatonin in it as well.

If you do wake up, get a protein shake and a scoop or two of peanut butter then go back to sleep

Ashwaganda seems to work for well under heavy stress, from not sleeping optimal, from calories required to reduce body fat

Not sure about lean glp but if it's an oral delivery of sub q injectable glp drugs, I would think it would work. Is this how it works?

What's wrong with melatonin? I take 90mg almost every night... yes 90mg. saw an interview with Dorian Yates talking about it, some guys are taking close to 200mg. 90 seems to be my sweet spot

Just thinking, a late night snack I have sometimes is cottage cheese. Slow burning, has some fats, does the trick not too bad for you.

Agree with Big Game, have a drink with 15-20g of psyllium fiber, sugar free. Stir/shake it up and drink quick, because it gels quick. Most of us can use more fiber anyway, for a big variety of benefits

A lot of people don't like that melatonin makes them feel tired in the mornings.

A lot of people are worried about a recent study that shows that there may be some long term cardiovascular risks for people that have or are at risk for heart conditions.

I'm very a personal responsibility type of person, what you take is absolutely your choice, but I would never suggest anywhere near that dose you're taking to anyone and would encourage you to look up some of the studies on it and see the actual dosages used. You'd be surprised how low they are. If lower dosages of melatonin don't work for a person, scientifically it doesn't mean to take more, it means the that may not be the best pathway to help that person as an individual anyway.

I'm not anti-melatonin at all - we use it in 2 products - I just believe that some companies offer it as wildly unsafe dosages because it is so cheap that there's not much cost difference in offering you 20 mg. than 1.5 mg. I hope that makes sense.

The science on Lean GLP is very in depth. It helps increase natural GLP levels, control blood sugar, and has ingredients that have also been shown to help with appetite control through non-GLP pathways.

This is pretty much me. I sometimes struggle with appetite do to my chronic digestive system issues, but almost like clockwork, 30-60 minutes after going to sleep I wake up starving.

I'm not even slick about it. It wakes the dog who comes looking for his snack tax, and In the morning there's wrappers thrown about, and a trail of crumbs.

I've blown my diet so many times over the years and without wrappers I wouldn't have even known it half the time. I even put a stuffed dog in my utility room so when I wake up and there's like 5 Reese's wrappers strewn about, I blame him haha.

It might just be me or in my head but the next day I feel groggy after taking melatonin so I prefer not to take it. I use to take it all the time but found sleep support xt and it seems to treat me better in terms of next day.

Thanks for all the replies guys

i have been trying lipovantage and doing a shot of ketone iq (exogenous ketones) which has shown to decrease ghrelin

I would also want to try fiber and lean glp

My nervousness from trying fiber comes from the fact that i have chronic gastritis and high fiber can trigger it

My anxiety from trying lean glp stems from script glp products that have shown such a plethora of dangerous side effecfs

Definitely can understand being worried about fiber with gastritis. You may want to experiment with different types and see if there is one that bothers you less. An athlete that I work with has issues with gastritis and we use Daryl's Bars for snacks with him. There is a little difference in fiber content by flavor and he (and I) have tried most of them and no issues. They're a super clean bar and filling. https://darylsbars.com/performance-line-protein-bars/

There is no correlation between Lean GLP and any sides from the prescription GLP drugs. There's a big difference between introducing a synthetic drug into your body versus taking a supplement that will increase your natural GLP-1 levels plus working through multiple pathways. Every ingredient in Lean GLP has multiple human studies on it.

Are you eating sour kraut?

Try this daily, out of a can or jar, and it'll help

I don't recommend doing kratom for the digestion issue, kratom helps digestion a lot

I took it today for appetite suppression, along with less sluggish ness, more alert, and like a nootropic euphoria. I would not use this often, but for digestion it seems to make a big difference

I dont want to derail this thread, but my gut issues are more omex than anything probiotics can fix, and Kratom would more than likely cause me severe constipation. My insurance company alone has covered $150,000 in testing, doctors, procedures, etc. Luckily with nothing out of my pocket. Last year I swallowed a $3,000 camera in the form of pill.

I prefer fermented pickles and yogurt as my probiotic choices.

Night cravings are often tied to blood sugar swings or serotonin levels dropping in the evening. Some people find things like magnesium before bed or 5-HTP helpful since they can support sleep and appetite regulation.
Honestly though, making sure your dinner has enough protein and fiber usually makes the biggest difference.
