Today's breakfast was an inside out cheese omelette on rye and a couple chicken sausage patties
 
Not my cycle but what's your thoughts. The guy in question is a rather large human lol. I'm about 5'9, maybe 5'10 on my best day, and 200lbs. If you proportionately blew me up so that I was 4 in taller and 40 lb heavier that would be this person lol.

38 years old, 4 years on gear, blast and cruising the whole time. He's going for a 5 plate bench in April.

2 weeks out he's doing 50mg winni, 30mg SD, 25mg dbol.

Says SD + DBol is his favorite strength combo and he says the winni is there so he doesn't get all bloated on the dbol but I know the winni is definitely contributing significantly. I like winni for strength.
That’s a good strong cycle, that will definitely help him build strength. I like all those compounds, and I’ve heard HGH seems to do fine every other day as well. And with 10 IU doses anything to help reduce high dose sides is probably worth a shot. I’d like to know how he does.

I’d say it all makes sense, if he knows what he likes & has experience with Tren Ace already. If he doesn’t, I’d only start with half that dose of Tren, tops.

I would be a little worried about being too dry at the end. Once NPP comes out you lose a lot of estrogen, and then Tren is coming in drying things out instead. And primo is lowering estrogen conversion as well, and then you have winni. Personally, I would use Var instead of Winni and start it 4 weeks out. It’s going to be water neutral instead of drying.

And he’s going to need BP support the last 2 weeks for sure with the SD & Dbol. Adding Telmisartan is going to pull some water off anyway/prevent Dbol from being as retentive.

TLDR consider Var instead of Winni added 4 weeks out, and use an ARB last couple weeks for sure. Make sure he takes a vial of GH day before the 500 bench.

Also, gain some freaking weight. JFC this guy weighs less than I do despite being 4 inches taller. I’m not saying he isn’t jacked, but gaining more weight will help his mission.

He's not a pudgy 240. This is a massive dude, but he has no weight cap and just finished a cut. I'd wager he'll be 275 again by April

He's working out with us this Saturday and should be most weekends so I should be able to follow his training and everything pretty good. His working weight for sets of 5 is about 100lbs more then mine šŸ˜‚
 
Between him and the other 2 guys from last weekend, it's looking like I have a good crew to work with. I'm actually the smallest in the group, me and the other 2 guys are all pretty much equal in strength but the other dude is way stronger on everything

Sweet I'm going to watch this after dinner. Brian Alsruhe (spelling might be off) has a bunch of good zurcher videos, slightly older videos, about a year ago. I don't know much about the guy but I remember him being around for a few years and doing lots of hybrid strength training I guess you could call it. Any thoughts on his stuff? I really stopped watching YouTube fitness about a year or 2 ago. i mostly just listen to AB and drugs n stuff on podcast, little bit of todd Lee or vigorous Steve

Definitely would listen to his advice; one of his videos really helped me increase my max chin-ups (reps and weighted 1RM both). Met him one year at the Arnold when he & my wife helped with the Adaptive Strongman Championship. Genuine dude who was exactly like he comes off in his videos. He got really sick with something at one point; had a picc line in his chest for a long time. I am not sure if he ever returned to competition after that, as he’d already done so much.

The coach in this EFS video Tom is very knowledgeable; I know he likes Alex Kikel’s stuff a lot as well. I think he’s totaled over 1,600 raw at 220 and done some stuff like a 750 bench in band shirt as well. Guy went to the Shaolin Temple for a few weeks last year and going back again next month. He has been doing a ton of loaded bodyweight training and Zercher stuff the last year or so while getting really lean. None of that matters, except I’d say he really likes lifting and knows some things after helping many people. His wife is an elite powerlifter.

I did basic zurchers a lot in the past, that and single arm barbel clean and press, and I use the zurchers when training the youth boxing kids, I like how it stabilize the core and the way your elbows are in front, kind of forces you down into a deep range of motion but where you can't round your back in a bad way and hurt yourself. But I really just got into doing them again for myself after watching some old videos of this gorilla

I started playing around with different variations and changing it till I liked it and just when I thought I invented a new variation, @Hyde let me know that I didn't. I was actually copying the original šŸ˜‚.

Right now my training isn't super structured but I'm regularly benching and doing zurchers and weighted pull ups. So far I'm growing and feeling strong AF.

On that note, I'm up to a consistent 200+ lbs again but let's say 200 just to be simple, I ended my cut/boxing training at 185, so even though the initial 10-11 lb came on quick, my average at this point is about 2 lbs a week the past 2 weeks. Shooting for 2lb a week for the next 6-8 weeks still

My 6'7" buddy once asked me how tall I was and I told him almost literally what you said. he goes "yeah Jamie said thats what you'd say, I just wanted to hear it myself" lol.

you wouldn't think so but this is my brother (I think 6'3" or 6'4" though). somehow even when fat I'm always leaner than him but his lower body is built like a tank from years of select league soccer and almost going pro. somehow those soccer legs translated into great squat strength and he was a pretty competitive crossfit athlete for a while and I dont' think he ever saw 10% bf in his life.
 
Soooooo are zurchers becoming popular again. Now that I'm paying attention I'm seeing a lot of it on YouTube. Anywho, couldn't get myself to go to work today, I'm not sure what's up but my anxiety was riding high. I managed to get to the gym and fuk around for like a hour or 2.

forgot to post food yesterday. I had 2 more chicken and pasta meals, this one was pork ribeye's ? Thats what they were called. It's basically a more tender pork chop with a little more fat then the tenderloin. Over rice with some Spanish style beans. Later on I was hungry and got a chicken cheese steak from Jersey Mike's šŸ˜† I figured that was a little better then McDonald's. I'm after I made a very small loaf of banana bread and ate that too, put down 1/2 gal of lactose free milk too.

Dispite all this food, 201.2 and I'd say I still have no visible loss loss of conditioning, my stomach looks a little bloated sometimes after eating all day, but when I wake up and my stomach is empty, everything is still looking like it did 10 pounds ago so I'm just going to keep eating.


Another update, I've still been very lazy with my pins. I'm nowhere near the 1000mg total I said. I was looking at what I've pinned the past 2 weeks and it would put me on 675 total mg. I use to be super on top of not missing pins and worried about the stable levels and all that but it's not really bothering me lol. I'm still progressing, I'm looking bigger without getting fatter, strength feels good and I'm using less of my stash then planned.
 
So far I've only had chicken and pasta again. My diet is a lot of meat and rice and meat and pasta. Il switch it up tonight for some food porn. I'm thinking about taking a sirloin roast that I have and cubing it up for a stew with potatoes and carrots

Ya I get super dark in the summer lol. My starting picture for this thread is probably the most pale my skin has been in years. I normally spend some time outside year round and during the winter il go tanning once a week. But lately I haven't spent any time outside or been to planet fitness so no access to a tanning bed. (As much as everybody poops on planet fitness, A $20 PF membership gets you a gym in multiple towns/states, a tanning bed and a massage bed.) You can't really beat that lol.

But yeah I haven't been staying on top of that and I'm getting kind of pale lol.

Dad's 100% Italian and dark skin like me, probably darker. and my mom's mixed German/Filipino and who knows what else.

I'm normally mistaken for being Puerto Rican or something south American

2lbs a week is still pretty aggressive but I agree. I started all the way back at 185-187, if I do go to 225+ il be putting 40lbs on like you mentioned. While I'm not overly concerned with fat gain, I don't want to get actually fat.

Judging by where I'm at and where I want to be, I think I can get 215-218 and probably hold or "clean up" a little at that point by pushing up the dose. At some point il start alternating increases in the gear vs the food. Right now, food is on the higher side and gear hasn't really been adjusted at all.

I wanted to run HGH the whole time, and I never got any more because both of my sources were out at the time, and I believe they still are, so I never Started it because I only have 30 or 40 units. I don't plan on starting till I have 300-400 units on hand. So hopefully one of these guys gets back in stock ASAP. Adding that is going to help, also if I would just be consistent with my shots then my dose would be elevating over the next few weeks anyways and I could probably bypass the whole getting fat part for an extra few weeks, at least theoretically.

By the way, I got some 27g 1.25 pins. My lord are they flexible. I actually thought something was wrong with them until I found a video of someone demonstration how flexible it is and how that should help minimize the damage from people who accidentally wiggle the needle around. It's a very painless insertion, but it takes forever to disperse the oil.

I was gonna suggest HGH, but I didn’t realize your source was out. Hopefully you can get it soon, because it will help your gear to work even better. And when you do decide to increase gear and calories, with HGH, you should be able to put that last 20 lbs on without gaining too much fat. If you’re able to hit that 225 mark at 17-18% that’s a good place to be to start a cut and be bigger and leaner than you were last Summer. Of course if all goes well 230 is not that far away now too.

You aint going to hear me mention age very often but on this one topic I will say, especially at our age. The only reason I'm more cautious now is cause I know the skin is likely not going to be as easy to tighten back up 10 years from now. I have had big fasting periods last year where I cut quite a few lbs and the skin seems a bit looser around the belly button/obliques for a few days, maybe a week or two until it tightens back up and at age 43 I think thats probably the one thing that keeps me from going any bigger than my normal 205 cut off. just wanting to not overstretch something I can't pull back together later.

what are your indicators? for me it's honestly the belt. if the belt is on the 2nd hole then I'm doing good. if it gets past that I'm starting to get in trouble then all the sudden I notice my face is rounder in pictures lol. But over the past 3-4 years of mini bulk and cuts from 180-205 and back down and back up and back down again, I'm holding hole #2 about 15lbs+ higher than I used to.
 
I was gonna suggest HGH, but I didn’t realize your source was out. Hopefully you can get it soon, because it will help your gear to work even better. And when you do decide to increase gear and calories, with HGH, you should be able to put that last 20 lbs on without gaining too much fat. If you’re able to hit that 225 mark at 17-18% that’s a good place to be to start a cut and be bigger and leaner than you were last Summer. Of course if all goes well 230 is not that far away now too.
This is where the mental gymnastics start for me. I know ultimately I just have to try to control the factors and let it play out, but I'm always thinking like your post. And I always wanna push the scale up, but then I start worrying about the cut or summer or 50 other things that don't really matter that much. No1 but me cares if I get fat, my girl and my kids certainly could care less, and my version of fat is probably pretty jacked looking to most ppl anyways lol. I can remember about 5 years ago looking at myself in the mirror thinking.... Your not practicing what you preach, your not looking the part, I felt like it was important that if I'm gonna get into a little coaching or even just giving advice that I want to look like what I'm talking about. Also with me being ADHD and whatever else I am lol, I'm not always the greatest at explaining things, my train of thought derails and I often fall done the rabbit hole and get lost somewhere along the way lol. So looking the part helps when you can't always articulate it.

I don't visually notice any difference in my skin when I'm dieting down, but when I actually feel it with my hands in that lower abdomen area I do notice it feels different and I know that's the elasticity going or something like that.


Indicators for me this time around is going to be mostly visual. I use to bulk until I just couldn't gain more weight and that left me getting fat. The past few years I've gone by the notches on the belt, I let myself go up one and no more. That kinda limited me weight gain.

I'm going to do my best to go purely on visual and as long as I maintain some visual lines in my abs I'm okay if they completely disappear or on the verge of completely disappearing that's going to be my indicator that I'm getting too fat. But I'm not going to minicut or diet back. I'm going to hold and clean up. At least that's the plan. I can see myself being 220 and going into panic mode and all the sudden my log turns into a two week mini cut šŸ˜‚

yeah this is what i'm noticing too. pecks and arms still hold tight but the lower ab area where the fat wants to accumulate when I'm not careful, that seems to be less elastic lol

I honestly think thats best. nobody truly cares what % a competitor is on stage. if he's somehow 2% higher than the next guy but looks better, he looks better.
 
Bro wth you need 1.25ā€ pins for at your bodyfat? I use 1/2ā€ or 5/8th 27g and can hit everything fine but glutes. Even VG gets solid depth. I use a 25g 1ā€ for glutes, and that’s basically only for a huge volume shot rarely. Did 3cc of that glutathione yesterday for example.

I bet 3cc of glutathione was a little spicy! That’s some great stuff but not the most fun to pin.
