The Biggest Smont ever! šŸ¤” Lets find out

I was mistaken, these guys started a 5-3-1 kinda thing with everything else after the big lift 10+, so I just rolled with it.

I won't list the full workout but on flat bench I hit 265x5,6
4x10-12 reps on DB flys up to 50's
High Incline bench 4x10-12 up to 175
127 pushups
Superset side laterals with cable press downs.

I woke up at 4am and ate half a pan of a chocolate chip apple crisp my kids made, probably like five servings worth lol, a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and a 16 oz glass of milk. So when I got up for the gym this morning I didn't get too crazy with it. I ate a handful of dates grabbed an apple and mixed up my intro workout with about 30 G of carbs in it.

Afterwards I ate something took some pictures and I'm going to just wait till the end of the day and post all the food at once. We're going for Thai food in about 2 hours

Love some damn Thai food. I went on two deployments and spent quite a bit of time in Thailand. Some of the best food.
 
Enjoy the Thai food….the cookies look great. Them telling you not to touch is like telling a bear not to touch honey.šŸ˜‚

Food was great, It was kinda a disappointment tho because of my server. I ordered a table appetizer sampler platter type thing, and then I told them the next round of food is going to be each one of our dinners mine was a couple things that sushi and a chicken dish, my son had wings and sushi, my daughter soup and sushi, and my girl a curry dish. But they brought up my appetizer and then piled the sushi right on top handed the wings and the soup on top of that and then tried to bring out my girl's dinner to all at the exact same time to the point where I had to be like listen can you please bring some stuff back to the kitchen there's no room. Like no common sense in this person they're just standing there holding food like where do I put it? Use some common sense please. I was so overwhelmed I didn't even think to take any pictures until I was halfway through eating the food because I was trying to shovel it down to clear plates out the way so we could have more room. I think one of the kids might have snapped a picture of something I'll find out after. But 250 bucks to feel like you're being rushed out the door with your food piled on top of each other was kind of annoying. I'm pretty good friends with the owner and I didn't want to complain so I kinda just sat there and made it work

Bummer that they had to do that instead of being a nice relaxing night out enjoying good food.

I bought a bunch of random high protein stuff and made a chicken parm casserole and it was honestly f****** delicious. Each serving is about 55 g of protein and I made a four serving container and ended up eating 2 servings for dinner last night and another at 2am šŸ˜‚
 
Do you just cook the noodles al dente then throw it in the pan with the frozen chicken nuggets and sauce to finish in the oven?

Bro, if I ate all that bean pasta, I’d be blowing up the toilet and airspace. Way too much on the gut; I definitely don’t absorb enough of that.

I used 8oz of that pasta and 8oz of regular pasta.

No I cooked the chicken in the air fryer for 15min while I was prepping and boiling the pasta. But yes I did take the pasta out Al dente and then throw everything together in the glass pan with some sauce mix it up and cover it with cheese and then throw some more sauce on top. There's a half cup of cheese mixed in with the pasta and another half cup of cheese on top of the pasta
 
I didn't break all the macros down but I was eyeballing it and it's actually pretty macro friendly to be honest. I wasn't gassy today, but I did have some heartburn

Oh ya definitely the sauce. I don't think the garbanzo beans mess with me as much as traditional beans do, but I've never really paid attention either. Also there's chick pea protein in the chicken breading too. Forgot about that

Thx, my workouts have still been kind of mix and match lately but I'm making sure I bench weighted chins and zurcher 1-2 a week. I'm making sure everybody part gets hit at least once and I'm making sure legs get hit a little bit in every workout.

So Thursday now will be the class followed by zurchers followed by legs and shoulders

Have you had any issues posting pics? I tried to post some sushi pics for you and it wouldn’t work.
 
I selected attach file instead of photo and it worked. So this place is new and the first time we’ve been to it. It was ok. Not as good as our regular AYCE sushi place. This was my first two plates lol.

Sushi is one of those things I can eat till it makes .e sick lol. Definitely one of my favorite meals
 
I know it's definitely not ideal to be doing all this stuff I did before those zurchers, but I had the class and had to put the kids through it and there was an odd number of people and if I didn't do them with them, the whole class was going to be f***** up. Oh well lol

I done it from the knees but I’m not flexible enough to pick it up from the floor, or I just have sh*t technique, probably a mix of both…

Just about anything. The ones I don’t like are the classic California rolls just because it’s just cream cheese and veggies. The good place we go to has a black dragon roll that has crab, shrimp tempura and eel sauce on it and the other is called the sexy lady with spicy tuna on the inside and tuna and salmon on top with sweet chili sauce. I can eat about three of those each along with spicy seaweed salad, some bbq’d squid and maybe a small plate or two of hibachi steak. I like to get a few things off the sashimi menu too like octopus, tuna and salmon. When we plan to go there I plan on being a pig and eating as much as I can lol!

I would also like to scoop it from the floor but I'm not flexible enough. I'm working on it but I don't know if it's going to ever be realistic that I can just get underneath this thing and scoop it up without resting it on my knees first.

So I start like a deadlift with a mixed grip and a wide stance.

As the bar passes my knees I sit back and rest it on my thighs.

The underhand arm then snakes under the bar and then I change my other arm and scoop it up in a zurcher.

So the actual repetition I am going basically ask the grass but I have to initially deadlift the bar up onto my lap
 
Tomorrow night I'll take a video and I'll probably not be able to put it on here but I could send it to anybodys email or maybe I can use what's app or something to send it
 
The ratio yogurts are tasty and packed with protein. I have one or a oikos about every day.
I traded in the oikos for these ones. Price compared to protein and calories the ratios were cheaper. But if I don't have these then yep, that's my regular go-to Greek yogurt

just set up a fake/anonymous youtube acct and you can upload videos real quick and easy to that from your phone. I have like 3 of them which admittedly, gets hard to track passwords etc lol. but back in the bodybuildingdungeon.com days I'd upload challenges there like weighted pull-ups etc to post the video in the forums when I hit it.

Yep, that’s how I do it also, I use it more as a carry than ā€œsquat repsā€ though. It’s a fun exercise that you don’t see many ppl do.

Ya I'm only doing reps with moderate weight and it's not so much of a leg exercise as it is a rip this off the floor and walk it across the room type thing. Right now the heavier weights push so hard on my chest that I can't breathe. Tonight I'm gonna do some reps with 225-275 and try to make adjustments to where the bar is sitting so it's not cutting off my air supply.

I'd like to be able to carry 315 about 20 yards or so and right now I can't finish the carry simply because I can't breath
 
I'm consistently over 200 now again, 201-203.5 the past few mornings. The significant reduction in cardio and not boxing makes me feel like I'm not doing anything. This is the first time in a while that I dialed everything back. Il literally lifting 3-4x a week and nothing else really. Maybe il do 3 rounds on the punching bag post lifting tonight

Yep Chicken and pasta meals were always some good calorie rich, high density protein and carb meals that always went down easy for me on a bulk. And cheese and sauces is one of my weaknesses that always makes those meals better.
 
Not my cycle but what's your thoughts. The guy in question is a rather large human lol. I'm about 5'9, maybe 5'10 on my best day, and 200lbs. If you proportionately blew me up so that I was 4 in taller and 40 lb heavier that would be this person lol.

38 years old, 4 years on gear, blast and cruising the whole time. He's going for a 5 plate bench in April.

5 weeks out he's swapping NPP for tren ace at the same dose

2 weeks out he's doing 50mg winni, 30mg SD, 25mg dbol.

Says SD + DBol is his favorite strength combo and he says the winni is there so he doesn't get all bloated on the dbol but I know the winni is definitely contributing significantly. I like winni for strength.

From my experience, talking to others, and it's also been a topic fairly often on Anabolic Bodybuilding with Paul Barnett. But the EOD dosing really does seem to work fine with HGH. According to AB it also seems to reduce side effects, keep the large majority of all the benefits, with the exception of fat loss.

I think if you did 1-2 units with fasted cardio in the mornings and a additional 8 post workout EOD he might be able to use the same amount of GH and still get the fat loss benefits on top of the growth benefits. I'm speculating but it only makes sense. There is stuff showing that daytime dosing has a bigger negative impact on blood sugar, but if doing it pre fasted cardio and not eating for about a hour after, I'd imagine this would null that effect, or could add a little metformin or a glp1
