What do I need to know about using supplements for losing weight?

There’s a few ways supplements can help you lose weight but it mainly comes down to 3 things: increase energy to manually burn more calories, suppress appetite to eat less, or increase metabolism. None make a massive difference so you really need to have a dialed in diet and workout routine.

As far as supplements go here’s what I’ve liked:
1) Lipo Elite
2) Lean GLP
3) Lean Edge
For some extras I’ve liked:
1) Napalm/FL7 (topicals)
2) Reduce XT

Then for more of a recomp some good supplements are Basis, Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One

But as stated it 100% comes down to diet and exercise. I imagine that if you took some of these it might increase fat burning by 20% so if you were going to lose 10 lbs in 8 weeks maybe you’d lose an extra couple by taking some of these.

Great list here and would definitely agree. Can't beat any SNS fat loss supplement.

If CEL Basis comes out soon again, or Evomuse BMP, toss in some Thermagize XT and Lean Edge (SNS) and you'll be GOLDEN.

Lean Edge is my go to for fat loss. I def run it most of the time. Can’t wait to start it back up closer to Spring. It truly is a great non stim fat burner. It has a really great ingredient profile. I ran it for about 8 months last year and only dropped it because I was starting my winter/bulk stack.

I agree with all of the above. I ran it last year with Alpha One, Basis, Recomp20, and AE. It was a great summer stack. Basis and BMP always leaned me out quick.

When my M-Test runs out I’ll replace it with Alpha One get a jump on it.
