So here's my test levels after being on 250mg/week of test cyp from Sunrise Pharma.

Also I found out I have hypothyroidism(TSH 13, T4 1.0), I haven't talked to my doctor about it but it's supposedly subclinical not overt?

Hopefully this doesn't cause long term problems, I had no symptoms other than maybe a little recent weight gain.

Also my cholesterol is ****, probably from the tren and anavar, any suggestions? All my liver enzymes, and kidney test results were in range and good. Just problems with cholesterol and thyroid.

Hematocrit wasn't bad btw, 49 like I said everything else was in range besides thyroid and cholesterol

Tren also messes with thyroid. About cholesterol, You just need time off and good general health practices. Clean up the diet, eat low fat, do your cardio, take your fish oil, red yeast rice and a good fiber supplement and it will help for sure. Nac is also a good add on for various reasons.

I also think your testosterone is under dosed. 1200 total t on 250mg is a bit low.

At 58 yrs old, 200mg puts me at about 1200-1250. I agree it looks like its dosed a bit low.

Supposedly their janovik testing come back at 252mg/ml but that was only one vial.

My free test is high though, I'm wondering why my total t is so low.

Does that balance itself out then? Free T is what is utilized in the gym correct?
The way you're wording that, does it balance it out doesn't really mean anything and I'm going to say no.

But at the same time I think what you're saying is if you're free t is high, and your total t isn't as high as you'd like it to be, (it's not low, just lower then I'd expect ) it's okay...., ya kinda. All the numbers are important and free t is the usable testosterone. Your fine, I just think most ppl will be closer to 2000 tt on 250 mg it's not that big of a deal.

If you're measurements are pg/ml then 400's is very high, I wouldn't be concerned with my numbers. Your still top of total t range and double free t range
