not a normal "in the mail" post but I for the first time in about 9 years tried something outside of my sauconys.

initial though on the Under Armour was that they make my feet look smaller and I don't like what that implies, but they also make me taller, so that's good 😂 😂

I'm super OCD/Tistic, when it comes to socks and whatnot so it's nice to start over with a fresh batch of matching, thick, comfortable gym socks. yes, these are the things that are important to me lol.

I have made my Saucony's last longer than I should and they STILL look good tbh, but I walk pronated and can 100% tell where they wear out the fastest and needed to go.

Completely understandable on the socks lol. I am also very particular about socks/shoes. The only shoe I’ve been able to run in is Brooks ghosts. I’ve got damn duck feet, they’re like ping pong paddles.

Brooks running shoes are great, especially the Ghosts. I used to run a lot years ago and Brooks are by far a great shoe, for my feet at least. Mizuno use to make the Wave Nirvanas and discontinued them. I really liked those as well but went Brooks after that and never looked back.
 
I always go with asic or hoka now a days. Can’t beat them in terms of comfort in my opinion.

I personally like that when running. I think it's cause my joints are so achy I need to be walking on clouds to be able to run :ROFLMAO:
 
I’ve got a set of the Hokas for work. I walk 6-7 miles a day at the hospital so it’s a life saver. I also have the Nike Air Invigor saves my sweat and joints.

I may look into Hokas or a new shoe. I wear brooks ghost rn, but I wore new balance 880 forever, until about 2 versions ago when they changed the style and it fit completely different. Biggest pet peeve ever is finding the perfect running shoe like Cinderella's slipper and then them changing the style and it fitting completely different.
 
My plug is cheaper than the medical dispo, so I still go through them lolllll.... but I use RSO on a fairly regular basis. That, or hash rosin infused edibles, best for pain related use.

Then the dabs on the side are just for fun :LOL:

That’s crazy it comes by mail now, I’m telling you I’ve been out of the game too long! I’m going to be trying to get my hands on some in January, ill be out of a job temporarily for a few months when I move to Florida, so I will 1000% smoking at least a few times while unemployed lol.

Question for everyone - can you overdo it on zinc? I take Evomuse Gut Health which has some zinc. Then you can see I got some free ZMA. A Google search says 40mg is the upper daily limit. The aforementioned combo puts me at 53mg. Maybe I'll look for a different probiotic while taking ZMA.

You can overdo it on Zinc, but you aren't at 53 mg.

For example, it is common for Zinc Picolinate to be sold in 50 mg. capsules.

Just add some extra copper in there, another 2-3mg daily, to help balance it out.

I gotta be honest I'm never in the mood for beer, except maybe when mowing the lawn on those particular hot days.... if I'm going to endulge in liquor I prefer the hard stuff, fewer calories/more punch. puts hair on your chest too. and women love a chest you can braid.

Unfortunately quite disappointing. The cookie is both hard and not flavorful, and even the filling has a chemical aftertaste. Glad I didn't opt to buy a case of these. I got this for free as a Black Friday freebie.

Bought these when they first came out and while I didn't think they were too hard, I just thought they tasted too sweet. Never purchased them again.

Other than the initial batches of Outright bars years ago, I've really never been satisfied with any protein bars/snacks. Better off just making them on my own.

Good to know! The packaging makes them look super tasty but the outside doesn't always make it out how the inside is going to be 😅
