4 weeks in to SNS Prime

I’m a lifter with over 15 years experience. 6’5 225 lbs and fairly lean (13-14% BF).

I started a program to get strong in squat, deadlift, bench, row, standing BB press, clean, and snatch. None of these lifts are new to me, but clean and snatch haven’t been focused on in the last year.

I use staples such as creatine and Mtest and only added Prime. Before adding it I did a practice week then tested every lifts 5 rep max.

Here’s my progress so far after 4 weeks, and will be doing 4 more weeks of prime then testing 5rm then hopefully 1rm the next week if I’m still feeling good.

These are all 5rm, if it is a lifetime PR I put a star:

Squat 245>275

Bench 235>265

Deadlift 295>335

Row 195>225*

Overhead press 135>165

Clean 155>195*

Snatch 125>145

I did this same training block last November/December and so far I’m liking what I’m seeing with Prime. Last year I gained a total of 240 lbs on these 7 lifts in 8 weeks. So far I’ve gained 220 lbs. we will see what the next 4 weeks brings for totals and a couple other PRs I’m close to.

Thank you for the attention to detail with this.

I look forward to seeing your progress over the next 4 weeks.

It's awesome to hear that if I'm reading it correctly that you've gained almost as much in 4 weeks so far that you did in 8 weeks total without it last year. Which would also be significant in that you're a year older and also as strength increases the total amount of weight increased is even more impressive bc the stronger we get, the harder it is to get even more stronger.

Yes, it's been great progress so far. Last year I did this strength block and all the lifts dipped back down a bit since, but not all the way. So it's hard to compare apples to apples but I would say in 4 more weeks it will be clear that Prime has contributed a lot.

Definitely some good progress. In on this as well!

I have run 2 bottles of Prime now. Mostly at 6/day. I specifically did a strength phase which I do about once per year. Last year at the end of this I weighed in around 234, this year I’m 228 (I’m about 6’5) and yet almost every lift is better. The only real difference from last year was I added Prime. Here are my final numbers for my 5rm (Every lift was a PR except squats. I’m still building that back up after a sprained ankle this past year)

Squats 245>295

Bench 235>285

Deadlift 295>385

BB row 185>235

BB shoulder press 135>170

Clean 155>210 (grip/forearm pump was limiting me)

Snatch 125>160 (hit a wall of progress here)

This means that in 8 weeks I added 370 lbs. on those 7 lifts in 5rm. Last year from a similar starting point but without Prime I added 240 lbs.

Another thing to mention, my joints were feeling it by the end. Next year I’ll be adding a joint support supplement, and stretching it to 12 weeks but adding a deload week in the middle. I’ll probably stack Prime and PA XT which I’ve done before and liked. I have blood work scheduled for next week to check in on health, becoming a dad soon, and focusing on being lean and healthy for the next couple months before a big natural muscle builder stack in January.

All in all I liked Prime and will take it again.

Back at it a year later and I'm glad I was this detailed before so I can compare progress. In the past year I've lost some weight and got to the leanest I've ever been sitting at 6'5 210 lbs. This time I'm running Prime and PA XT for 12 weeks. I might run ATP Elite for some of it and might take a joint support for some of it because last year joints started hurting near the end.

The goal is strength gain in my 5rm. After week 1 here is where I sit

Bench 235
Overhead Press 130
Row 185
Squat 245
Deadlift 275
Clean 145
Snatch 115

All in all I'm close to where I started last year after not focusing on most of these lifts for quite some time and being 15 lbs lighter. With both Prime and PA together for 12 weeks I'm hoping to see a total gain of well over 300 lbs combined across all lifts.

great stack .. i got couple of people on prime + peptibolic and they love it as well.
