Americans always see themselves as the heroes of the world, yet most of the current conflicts wouldn't exist without the US starting them or funding them. In your world, there must ALWAYS be a good guy and a bad guy, and in your mind, the side you are on is ALWAYS going to be that of the "good guy".

Remember when you overthrew the democratically elected govt of a country and massacred thousands because of the price of bananas because they wanted fair prices for their produce? We saw the same again when the US tried to conquer territory and install puppet govts for the sake of oil.

The US isn't about peace - it never has been. It manufactures wars then demands adulation for stepping in like a hero, only to have started those conflicts in the first place.

America First is a bullshit slogan. It should be Americans 1st. Not one program for Americans should be touched until the defense budget is slashed and ridded of all its pork projects and corporate socialism that includes contracts for war mongering neo cons like Erik Prince and Blackwater. Nor should it be touched until we stop funding Israel completely. There are other examples of foreign spending to curtail but I'd start with the country committing genocide with our funds and often in our name. This would allow us to fix our own health care and other pressing needs.

It's number one in the world for Oil reserves. That is a fact that you can not dispute. I'm in the business and it's well known and proven. We want control of it to screw China and we are doing it illegally. China buys 80% of their oil. That's the truth......Open your eyes just a little bit man. Trump isn't doing jack **** this term. Getting rid of illegals is the only thing he is doing well. And he's trying to fuk that up by having our military going all over different cities. Vehicles and houses are at all time highs along with groceries. His Big Beautiful bill is adding 2-3 trillion to the debt while tariffs are only adding 100 billion or so. Then he is pushing for the end of income taxes? Lol!! Digital ID, loss of freedoms, and a cashless society is coming soon!! Thanks Trump!
 
I'm at the point where I don't care who runs the country, I only care about what annoying topics I have to see people arguing about. No matter who has been in office, my entire adult life, it's always pretty much been the same. What ever really changes? The flux in food and gas is never as serious as anyone says it is, my total monthly bills for food every year are roughly the same. There's ups and downs but it always balances out. I'm not saying things don't change, they certainly do. But all of our day to day lives, they really don't seem to change at all. Only social media, people like you and me on Facebook and the news, they all make everything sound like a fukin crisis when in reality, if you turned off the news and social media and tuned out for a while and just went about normal life....... Everything is the same as it always is.

I was getting burnt out with all the gay pride and white ppl are all terrible and racist nonsense that was all over everything, a bunch of hateful ppl telling everyone who doesn't agree with them that they are bad ppl, trump in office made that quit down a little. If he doesn't do anything else, it's still better then that bullshit was. Now it's just 10 new things that will get annoying listening too and in a few years it will all switch up again.

Gotta keep confusing all the worker bees and make them fight over who's honey this is

that could be a regional thing. we have been hit really really really hard in Washington state. Like really fuckin' hard. At one point doing budgeting stuff with my wife I figured our monthly nut had increased by about $1500/month. We've cut back a lot of expenses but $50 in groceries is $150 now and during Trumps first admin we were paying around $2/gas for MARINE fuel which always costs more. That was honestly why we bought the boat. Last summer, we sold the boat and I'm paying $5/gallon ($4.99 this week) for my car. our property taxes are through the roof, sales tax is up, our business taxes are skyrocketing. and they just announced they're trying to push through a new 5% income tax on anyone above the poverty level.
