Enclomiphene and Renal Cell Carcinoma

Hi, I have a question. My CT scan found me with highly suspicious renal cell carcinoma. At the same time, I was found with low levels of testosterone and was given Enclomiphene which I have not touched. What would be recommended in this situation?
 
What country are you in l, I know in UK they like to hand out enclo for TRT apparently so that's why I'm asking. My suggestion would be don't use a serm for TRT, get a different doctor and address why your testosterone might be low, see if it's hypogonadism or if it's low for other reasons, and see if it can be fixed through lifestyle factors and supplements.

If not, get on a real trt protocol with test gel or injectable testosterone.
