If I was gonna complain about Trump, it would just be over those terribly long rambling campaign style speeches he gives every time he stands in front of a microphone. Today's speech in front of hundreds of military generals was pretty miserable. Military guys want things presented quick, clear, and to the point!

I read that Hegseth was much better, but have not heard it myself yet.

Not at all- I agree with you on lots of things but the whole Israel thing- I think BB is a war criminal and is evil- I have nothing against jews or Judeo Christians. I'm saying I'm unhappy with most of Trumps second term so far. At some point we have to see that we can be critical of conservatives/MAGA's- just because I'm critical doesn't mean I support the other side- I think EVERYONE needs to wake up and realize it us vs the gov't - neither side of our gov't cares about us- they just bring us down in different ways- Repubs do it with class warfare while the dems do it with social chaos- at the end of the day they are on the same team and they don't care about us- I will say again that I think Trump truly tried his first term to "drain the swamp" so to speak but this time he is either compromised or scared. They sent him a warning with that assassination attempt and he has been a disappointment ever since.

I mean him and Elon lied about the Fort Knox gold audit...............

Also, another reminder that the kid did not kill Charlie Kirk. And we still don't have the Epstein list or anyone being held accountable. Support your local farms and stop buying tainted food and processed junk- Gates wants us sick. And finally, Netanyahu is a war criminal and all the pro-Israel propaganda being allowed is insane. Anyone getting AIPAC funding needs to be arrested.

There is a deep state battle underway right now... John Bolton's house was raided for classified documents, Comey was indicted, and RussiaGate election interference is being investigated!

There are activist liberal traitors and judges entrenched in the courts and government career positions. And with this Gov't shutdown, we may see some mass firings needed to take out the trash.

It’s not only beurocrats at home. Good people in the military (dual status GS employees) are also, but many of them are “exempt” so they are at work and working, but will not be paid until the shutdown is over.
 
Continuing resolutions are bad enough, and at over 6.5 trillion per year!! The fed budget was only 4.5 trillion Pre-covid.

Covid is over! That extra 2 trillion annual to throw money at covid HAS TO STOP!

So yeah, the CR is bad enough but not a God Damn penny more until the House does their proper appropriations bills. And I sure hope they work some DOGE cuts into the actual appropriation bills.

F the democrats and no more money spent on illegals or green climate bullsh1t. Lock it all down till the wheels rust if you have to!

Republicans are big time socialists, not much different. Im for actually abolishing socialism and taking away the power of the purse from Government, only way to get real long lasting change.

Curtis Sliwa a nice dude though, took shots from the Gotti Family defending the streets.

I have no voting rights in NYC but Id put in a fill in for Ron Paul or Larry Sharpe.

They all part of the same problem, Republicans never take personal responsibility for not standing up to liberty and small government when they also the ones propping up the power of the government purse and big government agencies enforcing all these unconstitutional policies then blame Mamdani, its all his fault he is the scapegoat.

And I would expect MAJOR disruptions to the finances and safety of all New Yorkers. And also the greater New York state which will have to bail him out.

The last Republican we had as Mayor in NYC was a participant in the 9-11 cover up, so no thanks.

Perhaps he planted the miraculous "Hijacker" passport that magically flew safely through the jet fuel firebomb on the rubble himself personally.
