What supplement is best for injury?

I have a somewhat long injury from doing heavy hammer, Cross body, and EZ bar curls. It’s been a couple of months now, and I have been trying to take it easy, had some periods of not training my left biceps or back except cable pullovers. Injury is in the lower long head of the biceps and brachioradialis. I was on Cissus XT and Basis, but I kind of dropped Cissus when the Basis ran out. I have Cissus on the way again. I also let Optimize T run out and my joints hurt a lot worse. Is there something in Optimize T that helps with joint pain? I am already on high dose fish oils, and my Myovite has MSM and Chondroitin in it.

BASIS should be back soon, and that'd probably be at the top of the list.

Other than that; Palmitoylethanolamide/SNS PEA Relief, any of the various curcumin products like Elite Curcumin for oral/Curcuprime Gel for transdermal.

Agreed here. Curcuprime by XPG is a good transdermal product and is one of my go tos for items like this.

You might also look at straps for when you do back or really or any deadlift. I use versa grips now and they have helped with the tendinitis in my elbows. Also my back has shown better development since using them.

Cissus XT is great for tendon, ligaments, etc.

Pepti-Plex has helped me a lot with the tissue damage in my leg from an accident I was in, and it also helped me a lot with a partial tear I've had in my bicep for years before I started taking it. It was one of those things I'd had so long that I'd learned to work around it and it really surprised me when I realized the pain wasn't there hardly ever anymore.

I couldn't tell you which specific ingredients in Optimize-T would be helping, but we've heard that a lot and I've noticed it myself - that my joints feel worse when I'm not on it.

For strictly joint pain, Joint Support XT or CEL Joint Edge are both great.

Joint Support XT definitely has been my go to over the years when it comes to joint supplements!

What’s interesting to me too is my appetite is gone after stopping Optimize T. I love playing around with the different offerings. I think I’m going to keep my staples and branch out some more, try Pepti Bolic and some others I’ve been looking at.

BASIS is what I'd use. Honestly like it better than BPC/TB and it has many more benefits. It healed up my left knee and has it feeling better than ever. A issue collagen and cissus just didn't seem to fully help by themselves. BASIS and those two work great together.

Beta ecdysterone, maral root, laxogenin, nutrex anabol are all great for stiffness and joint pain. Do they heal or mask pain i don't know. But they all work well for me

I’ve had this re occurring injury in the front of my left shoulder. I don’t know if it’s a front delt strain or biceps tendinitis or whatever it could be but it’s a soft tissue strain for sure. Usually it will have me out for weeks if I pull it again.
But curcuprime gel has been a life saver, it got aggravated again half a week ago and I just applied curuprime and I was fine the next day.

Curcuprime works really well if you have a strain. If there’s a tear in your bicep it won’t heal that but if there’s any inflammation it should help tremendously.

I have some inflammation in my elbow that was causing some nerve pain and curcuprime definitely helped alleviate some of the inflammation to reduce the pain!

I like to use a multi pronged approach to issues such as this one. I've underwent a lot of Graston treatments over the years, and eventually bought myself a tool to perform such treatments on myself. I like to start with a round of red light therapy prior to the self Graston style treatment. I follow this up with a topical curcumin product on the area of treatment along with a dose or two of an oral BPC-157 product over the next day or two and I find that I can keep most minor issues like this well under control or even healed up completely.
