The Axe Man Cometh!!
Any body got any experience with this app? I usually build my own workouts but I'm tired of doing that and the Personal Trainer I got, although was working out great at first, seems to be leaning more toward the super fitness workouts instead of hypertrophy specific workouts. He did help me find some strength imbalances and areas I was compensating at which was incredibly helpful but I think the time to move on is soon.
Anyway, any thoughts on the RP Hypertrophy App? Or any recs on other apps similar to it?
