What happened to 5kits/Zhao Yong?

A friend and I have both used 5kits for their services many times. I haven't placed any recent orders, but my friend did. Usually this site's presumed owner, Zhao Yong, is very quick, efficient, and responsive. My friend placed an order 3 weeks ago and has heard nothing. Of course, it is the proper, legitimate site, not one of the scam sites. Does anyone have any information or similar experiences?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so figured I'd try here.

I had the same experience with 5kits and Zhao Yong. I placed an order on June 30th, 2025, sent payment, and have had no response. I've been using his services with terrific success for several years. Very disapointing.

Has your friend had any luck locating Zhao or another legit site?

No luck whatsoever with finding any more information about him. He seems to have vanished.

Same. Been using Zhao for well over 5 years. Really good customer service. Top to bottom. Last order made June 25, 2025. Crypto sent. No response after multiple message attempts. All I see is “awaiting tracking code.”
I assume authorities have shut him down unless the tariff issues are playing a part? $$$ not a big issue but it sucks to lose access to great products that I have had tested and know to be good.

Despite sending 6 internal emails through his site and one external email, I have had no response. I can only conclude my friend Zhao is gone, whatever that means. Sad! Based on previous posts, it appears they may now be a rip-off site - you pay, get nothing.
