Swollen from injection.

1ml of test E and .25 of EQ I’ve been running straight test for 4 weeks now. Just started with the EQ in there this week. My butt is swollen and I have a fever. The shakes were serious last night getting in bed. When I juiced 4-5 years ago I never had a problem. What could be going on ?

The fever and swelling could be unrelated but if it were me I'd get checked for an infection. If it is an infection it can turn ugly fast.

Yeah you should definitely go get checked, because the last thing you want is a bad infection or abscess at the injection site. Those can get serious very fast.
Any redness, swelling, pain or warm to the touch at the injection site?

It could be 5 million different things and the answer to all of them is go to the doctor. You probably got a infection or a abscess in there. I've never had it happen to me in my life but I have heard of it happening to other people

If the lump is swollen+ warm, red, or you have a fever or combination of any of those it's most likely infection

Any time I open a new bottle of gear I take my first dose at like 0.2ml sub q in the belly just to see what happens. If nothing I pin it normal. But my bro logic is that if I get a infection or Something I'd rather it's like a quarter inch under my skin in the fat instead of an inch and a half deep inside of my muscle. I don't want to have to get a golf ball-size chunk cut out of my shoulder or leg or ass cheek

It’s swollen a little bit and warm to the touch. Doesn’t really hurt just more less feels tight and uncomfortable. The injection site looks good that’s what I don’t understand u can’t see where I pinned or anything it’s more towards my hip flexer and side of the cheek

Could I be allergic to the oil the carrier uses? Or could it be too hot? I’ve had this happen once before 4-5 years ago and a guy told me he thinks I’m just allergic to E and need to be on C instead.. that’s why I wanted to bring it to here. Ive never really thought much about it since it happened years ago.

As others said , sure it COULD be those things and it could be an infection. You did say you have a fever. For what it's worth I always had pain with Test E but never with test cyp. To be clear though I had that pain EVERY time I injected it not just once.

That’s what I was wondering as well. So far all 4 of them have had pain similar to this but never this severe until I added the EQ. I really do appreciate the feedback!

To be clear.... Pain sometimes happens.....
But fever is a REAL Concern.

That could also be inflammation from injecting around and aggravating scar tissue, I get that in my right glute (which is the location I've taken by far the most injections in my life). But the fever, that sounds like infection.

P.S. we are all 100% guessing. You should go to the DR. If it's a infected abscess and you **** around and find out, well, it's going to be bad.
