Bloodwork Low T or just normal aging

BIGMAC25

New member
I received my bloodwork and the findings are below
My doctor says I’m good for a 56 y/o
I have all the symptoms of low T but he feels hesitant to discuss TRT.
Wondering what your thoughts are.
I have seen a decrease in strength and weight gain mostly and I’m extremely tired all the time.
Everything else is within range .
Thanks for your input

You are the same age my buddy went on TRT who is now almost 70 and he loves it. If its important to you, you could consult a different Dr. Being "normal" doesn't always mean being "optimal".

@Dustin07 provided a great answer in that your levels may be normal for your age, but that doesn't mean they are optimal for how you want to feel.

We have a lot of great feedback from people who use M-Test &/or Optimize-T - including both their free and natural test levels going up, but most importantly, just feeling a lot better too.

TRT may raise your testosterone levels, but it might do much less than you think to help your tiredness, strength and weight gain. For me, it did not help those things. In fact, I gained more fat due to higher estrogen from the testosterone. That was a slap in the face when I was expecting to turn into a God. I did not get results until I really dialed in my diet, recovery and stress reduction. I started TRT at 54 with a level of 345. 100mg a week puts me at 750-800.

I didn't do bloodwork so I can't speak to the hard numbers but M-Test is definitely a libido booster and I felt it lowered my voice some when I first started using it.

Did you notice any positives to TRT therapy.
I feel diet and training are pretty dialed in.
The tiredness, weight gain and strength loss seem to have been more noticeable this last year or so.
I have a few friends who went the TRT route and they swear by it for symptoms similar to mine.
Anyway thanks for your response I appreciate your help.

I trust your opinion as you have helped a lot of people on this board.
I’m leaning toward trying M-Test and if you have any other suggestions for the tiredness, weight gain and strength loss symptoms I am interested
Just not sure how to go about improving these symptoms

CEL M-Test + CEL Anabolic Effect for the all natural route. If you really want to supercharge your strength I’d add SNS Prime XT in there, depending on budget

This is my current stack that I posted in my log. It's mostly centered around cutting/fat burning but I added the alpha one and anabolic xt for the sake of more enjoyable lifting sessions. I'm out of M-Test but after about 2-3 weeks of zero supplementation within a couple days this stack I also noticed libido charged through the roof again. I know M-Test had great results for me, so yeah I'd also +1 on the anabolic XT + M-test combo.

M-Test is a great product and helps with both free and total testosterone levels.

There can be many different things that can cause tiredness, weight gain, and strength loss, but testosterone levels can definitely be a big culprit.

I think that M-Test is great and other good options to stack it with would be Optimize-T, Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, etc.

If you have any questions, please let me know. You're welcome to pm me if you'd like.

A brief follow up cause I have time. today when I left the gym I had these major good mood vibes that reminded me of the androsterone in Ultra Hard. I always associated that product with crazy good summer time vibes and I've contemplated getting some just cause that vibe is such a great feeling. but right now I'm on that 100% natty stack I posted above and postWO vibes were 🔥 🔥 today.

Your Test level is definitely low for any age. I’m 60 and started TRT at 55 ….my Test level was 330 before TRT, and now on 125 mg a week I range from 850 to 900 and feel great, strong and definitely would not go back.
Realize the ranges they list for Test are not necessarily based off an exact science of what may be optimal for all individuals. A good Doctor will base his decision on not only blood work but symptoms as well. Some guys may feel fine at 300 or so, but if you have low T symptoms and are under say 400, TRT is probably best for the majority of men. I would find a different Doctor that is more educated on TRT protocol. Good luck man, glad you came on board and asked, because there is no need in suffering unnecessarily.👍
