Mutant Mind Fk mini log review

Big thanks to chef and Mutant for throwing some samples my direction. It's been roughly 10-12yrs since I logged something on AM, so if I leave something out, just ask.

This morning I mixed up the Sour Peach with roughly 6oz water. Mixed up fine a little foamy as you can see. Reminds me of the OG No Xplode in that matter. Taste was a decent peach. Not overly fake but not peach rings either. Workout was full body with 15min stair climber to wrap it up before work. Pumps were good and the head buzz/ focus was on point for about 2hr. Did not notice a crash mid morning which I normally feel with my current high stim pre. Tomorrow is legs :)

Mixed up fruit punch on saturday. If you can't tell I use the baby spoons because they make less noise lol
Taste was decent, mouth feel from the foam is kinda creamy? if that makes sense.
Saturday was leg day. Being in my mid 40's now I really don't hit legs like I used to. More about strengthening my imbalances and taking care of my lower back now. Warm up is an acitve/mobility drills with the Mcgill 3 etc... Started off with calf raises 5 sets of 12-15 with a deep stretch, followed up with hamstring curls then extensions. Compound movement for the day was dynamic box squats/ jump squats with my last set at 205 for a set of 8. Legit jumps with toe off the ground :) Overall workout was pretty good. No jitters just smooth energy that lasted for a few hours. Good pumps overall. So far for those with stomach issues after a pre, no issues so far with this one.

Baby spoons. Sounds interesting. I’ve used baby bottle cleaners for shakers. Easier to clean.

I used to use silicone spoons or some similarly soft materials when mixing Pre’s for exactly that reason! But now that I have a kid we seemingly wake up at the same time anyway
