May I ask you to use your undoubtedly richest experience of all of us, and summarize all of these studies in a hierarchy of strength gain effectiveness?
For example
DL-185™ patented Dileucine Peptide - 23% strength gain
Anacyclus Pyrethrum DC (Root) Extract - 12% strength gain
I'm sorry, but you're asking me to go through dozens, if not hundreds of studies, and summarize them for you; and there isn't enough hours in the day and there are too many variables for it to be accurate regardless.
We provide the most detailed write ups in the industry, many of which take dozens of hours to compile and write, and many of which do what you're asking for - discuss studies, summarize data, etc.
For example, you mentioned DL-185 and the MPC-185 write up discusses the study on that in great detail.
That's why I encouraged you to read the write ups if you haven't.
Here's are several reasons that it isn't possible to accurately do what you're asking:
- Almost all clinical studies are done on single ingredients.
- Percentage increases are averages across studies and the studies are done on individual ingredients, not on many different ingredients used together.
- Many of the products that you mentioned contain multiple ingredients that have clinical studies on them individually, and then the products are formulated to contain ingredients that will work well together and compliment each other via method of action pathways.
It's impossible to tell you how much strength you're going to gain off of anything, even Creatine and ARA, because it depends on a number of variables including your diet, training, genetics, training experience, etc.
- There are tons of studies on creatine and creatine is great, but the studies if we look at percentages are completely different if we look at people with years of training experience versus beginners.
- Example 1 - someone new at training is likely going to see higher % increases than someone like @Hyde, who is enhanced and a competitive power lifter. Yet for someone like him to get the results that he has from ATP Elite (Creatine HCI, PEAK ATP, ElevATP, Senactiv, & AstraGin) is actually more impressive than a for a person new to training to gain a lot higher % - because he is already so advanced.
- Example 2 - for people new to strength training, strength and muscle come quicker, so the gains may seem more impressive, but its actually more impressive when things work for people like @Resolve10 and @TheMrMuscle who are lifetime natural athletes/bodybuilders. The % numbers may not seem as impressive, but that's because they are so advanced and accomplished in their training that its much harder to make progress.
I hope that all makes sense. I'm glad to help, but its not possible to make it a simple accurate % chart.
