Order of ?Importance

Deficiency is always #1. DHEA could be the best or the worst based on your needs. I take NAC in the winter because I think it helps with my immune system a bit. NAD is probably the best, but from my understanding it's tough with oral supplementation to actually get any benefit.

I would have to ask why your using these to know the order of importance.

I tack nac year round. It's a powerful antioxidant, it regulates neurotransmitters and good for brain health, immune system, liver health by replenishing glutathione. There's a lot more benefits too.
NAD+ I've messed around with for a month at a time at 5 to I think 50mg a day (injections) also did 100 every other day and I saw a boost in energy and a few minor changes but noticable.
DHEA I would say is only important if need it.

I think NAD+ has the most promise, but I also think until we understand it better it should be the least important.

Nac is just so cheap and easy regardless of whatever reason you choose to take it

My Dr. recommended NAC after I felt unable to fill my lungs as accustomed during extended cardio after covid. Take it daily. He also recommended NAD last year, I turned 60, I take it daily. I recall DHEA helpful for similar benefits as the others. So wonder if all three too much. I take the other two daily.

Try adding 50mg DHEA per day for a month or two and see what happens.🤷 I wouldn't be worried about combining these

I had long covid for 1 year and now for 3 years, but its gotten much better. I still have some crippling lung problems and chronic lung inflammation and am almost completely dependant on inhalers to be able to breath properly and play sports, I still wake up at night sometimes feeling like theres a 30 pound weight on my chest. The only supplements I can recommend personally are vitamin D and if your will to take pharmaceuticals look into naltexone. I tried nac and didnt notice much personally but if you like it continue taking it.

what benefits do you notice from it?

The above is why I take it. Since I started taking it regularly, I have never gotten sick other than very minor colds and even those almost never happen. I started taking it during the Covid scamdemic and never really stopped. It very good for you and safe so that's why I take it.

Naltrexone? Why would anyone take that unless you have an opioid or alcohol addiction?

Interesting you mention that, naltrexone and the entire opioid system in the body can control many things. When taken at certain doses naltrexone inhibits the production of natural endorphins and opioids for about 2 hours, however since the dose is low it doesn’t cause a complete blockade of the opioid receptors the body starts increasing production of natural endorphins and opioids, making naltrexone a potent anti inflammatory and pain reliever without any of the side effects that steroids and nsaids do, like muscle loss. Which is why I take it and it’s so effective at treating inflammation and autoimmune diseases.

It not only treats autoimmune diseases, but is
anti cancer, very effective at treating adhd, and most studies show it can increase growth hormone pulses up to 3x higher than before (which is just a little added benefit)

It is so good for you physical and mental health and very good for treating long COVID.

It is not addictive, has no withdrawal symptoms and can treat and even cure (in few cases) 100s of diseases. I will link a research trust website about it. The lengths at which the opioid receptors can affect the body is insane. It’s worth a shot to try out. There’s so many diseases in the world it can treat (I’m not saying it will cure any of them but you’d be amazed of the benefits of opioid blockading)

Here’s a study on naltrexone and nad for long covid

NAC and a regular cardio routine restored my lungs after about 12 months. This was in 2022. It was a gradual improvement to previous baseline. I do feel a very slight dip in energy with no NAD and well have been under great stress since late last year. Trying to avoid oscillations in energy level. Usually very active.

That's super interesting

Old school law dose naltrexone 4mg one of the best options for boosting testosterone
I’ve highly adjusted my dose, stared at 5mg and now I’ve been running dosage experiments, I’m taking 2mg in the morning and 7mg at night. It’s been working better than 5mg but I might drop the morning dose.

It is. I first learned about it when I posted about my autoimmune disease on Reddit and someone suggested it because it helped them.

Naltrexone when taken in 25-50mg doses causes a complete blockade of the opioid receptors which stop your body from experiencing pleasure from alcohol, opioids and partially from other drugs.

However when taken at a lower dose (usually 0.1-5mg) it’s a potent immune modulator (at higher doses it’s more immunosuppressive rather than immunomodulatory which is good if you have an overactive immune system.

(Low doses naltrexone is usually just called LDN)

During the first week of naltrexone will inhibit the release of endorphins which may decrease motivation and energy, but after about 2 hours of the endorphin blocking there’s a rebound effect where it significantly increases them for up to 24 hours.

On that website LDN research trust you can find a list of diseases LDN has been proven to help treat, it’s a long list haha.

It also helps depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. The blocking of the opiod receptors also increases LH and growth hormone significantly, which is just a nice cherry on top. It can also lower cortisol levels when taken in the evening.

If you want more info you should join the lowdosenaltrexone Reddit forum, there’s so much on there.

That's good to know. I'll have to look into it. Thanks for the info?

Have been under much stress since August 2024. Stress saps the will to workout
Glad to hear nad and nac has helped you.
Had covid again in 2023 and recovered lung capacity much swifter. I also had the JJ "vaccine" plus NAC history at that time.
