7-OXO is more readily available and will quickly convert to those metabolites anyway.

Is there any data to suggest the reduced analogs have any additional benefits? I didn't see anything that stuck out.

Just anecdotal evidence. There’s not a lot of research on the hydroxyl metabolite of dhea.
There is data though on other benefits from 7-ol-dhea though.

Is 7-OXO-dehydroepiandrosterone a stronger version/variant of Epiandrosterone? Does this give a "fat burner" feeling? I don't like feeling stimulation from things like Yohimbe or Clen. I'm wondering if this helps with muscle hardening like Epi and what kind of CNS effects?

No, it doesn't give a "feel" like Yohimbe, or Clen.
