I got to test Alpha One for a while, without knowing what it was, and it just seemed like I was always a bit more pumped and could handle more nutrition than otherwise without getting fatter. So it’s ideally something you’d use for a few months, but if I only had one bottle I’d add it the final month of a stack since it will probably help further lean out/improve final cosmetics.
 
Just got this from Unreal.

Lipo Elite has been a killer this cut. Recovery Fix is something everyone should be using and i HAD to get in on the BASIS train.

Well well well, finally getting my feet wet with the more hardcore stuff. I’m going into this with no expectations because I’m the skeptical type, but I can’t lie, I’m very excited about this. Funny story, I actually bought 2 anabolic effects when it said limited stock on DPS, but the purchase was flagged for fraud. Well by the next day when things got squared away, DPS called me and said they had actually ran out. So I saw it as a sign to go ahead and get Anabolic xt. Every single person has spoken very highly of anabolic xt so I’m pretty stoked!!!

We just shipped more Anabolic Effect to DPS today. Anabolic XT + Anabolic Effect is a great stack and Alpha One would be great with it. Totally understand if not wanting to add a 3rd product, but wanted to make sure if you decided you did want to add Anabolic Effect to the stack, it would be a great stack.

I might, if not I’m for sure running it after this! I’m thinking Anabolic Effect and Epi plex after this. Or possibly buying more anabolic xt and extend the run. If these strength gains are holy, I’m gonna wanna run it longer lol

No lie, if Recovery Fix was an SNS product I'd probably purchase more often. I just don't think about the Muscle Addiction line as often. Particularly since there aren't nearly as many SKUs.

that's a fantastic stack. you'll probably notice the alpha one within the first week IMO. the A XT stick with it, dont' get lazy and forget to dose. after about week 3 things really come alive. for me the noticeable things are huge but would be subtle to someone not paying attention. workouts are far more intense, strength climbs like crazy on a strength cycle, or holds far better than usual on a cut, hypertrophy and muscle development is great.

I really like Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect together, but I do like longer runs on them. Especially with Anabolic Effect as I feel that it gets better by the week. I've done 12 and 16 weeks and the next run I plan to be 20 weeks.

Doing a pretty extreme quick cut at the moment and will then be starting that when I'm done.

Looks like I’ll have to get a multipacks of them then, also considering throwing recomp 2.0 in the mix too. This does arise a question, would recomp 2.0 and Anabolic XT go well together? Since I’m already getting Symplocos, would more be beneficial?

Yes, they go very well together.

After my accident, I wasn't able to train for over a year and when I was able to start back again, my stack was Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Recomp20, and Pepti-Plex and great results.

I haven't trained in almost 9 months and just started back and my stack is going to be that + BASIS & Alpha One and then will add Prime XT in a few weeks later.

Sucks you haven’t trained, we have all been there, but glad to hear you are back at it. I hope you are getting those muscle memory gains. Yeah prime is on my list to try too, the list grows by the day lol.

I have an autoimmune condition that starting and stopping training causes to flare up, so health wise, its either best for me to train consistently or not to train at all. Starting back to training for me is always going to cause a massive flareup and the start and stop training is like torturing myself. In the past, I used to would have caused myself issues by training when I could but this time I just didn't train bc I knew that was for the best. I've had a surreal amount of things happen over the last 9 months and there's just been no way I could train properly.

My grandmother has been declining in health and will be passing any day now and I'm not going to try to start back on weights before that happens, but will try to start back within a week after if I can.

Right now, I hate cutting, especially prolonged cutting so have started back with a pretty extreme quick cut.

Hoping for the muscle memory gains too.

I forgot to include ATP Elite in the above stack I have planned.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I grew up and lived with my grandma for the longest time, so I love Grandmas.

Cutting is the worst IMO, I can get pretty cranky on cuts depending how aggressive it is, but yeah you are gonna be squared away with that stack!

On the one hand, it's got a great Arny Palm going on IMO, leans a bit heavier on the lemonade side which I like... but on the other hand, my brain is really confused by combining that flavor with carbonation. They should have done this non-carbonated.

Don't these have the moderate does of Alpha GPC in them? I used to grab one when I was golfing and thought they were awesome. little mix of energy + mental acuity.

another batch of toys came in from Steve while I was out of town. This lets me run the anabolic XT for a third month (I usually go 2). I've never tried the ATP Elite or the Prime XT before so looking forward to testing these two out.

DPS still has BASIS in stock, got another shipment from them yesterday. It’s a great product, and helps in so many areas. I love the repair and recovery it adds. I believe it has helped my shoulder to heal even faster. Definitely will be a daily staple for me from here on out.

I agree. 6.4g is a little too much in my opinion. I stick to just one scoop and 3.2g is the sweet spot for me.

there was a time when I loved the stuff and the tingle was my mental "go time" but with the Pump Addict product at 1500mg I don't feel the tingle at all, just clean energy so now days anytime I grab an emergency preWO and get tingly I'm like... I don't like it. lol.

I understand why companies put Beta Alanine in a pre-workout, but never understood why customers want Beta Alanine in a pre-workout.

Companies started doing it because people feel it so they think it must be working - then other companies felt like they had to because other companies were doing it.

But the reality is that to get the results from Beta Alanine, it is something that needs to be used daily for best results (and thankfully the itching tingling generally goes away with daily use).
 
FYI - saw a container of legit Creapure with logo for 9.99 at Marshall’s! I think the brand was steelfit

I already tried the Hardcore Whey. It's a lower calorie whey with Isolate being the first ingredient then hydrolysate and concentrate. I mixed it in 8 oz water. It mixed well. I haven't had a milk chocolate taste like this before. It was extremely milky/creamy, certainly not in a bad way. I just wasn't expecting that flavoring. And it is an all-around strong flavor. It mixed up about normal thickness, not too thin or thick. Hardcore Whey has got my endorsement!

I'll review MindFk, Madness, and Geaar over...
