@cheftepesh1 / Mutant saw fit to send me some samples, so I'm pretty excited to give them a try. Today I'm going with the GEAAR EAA's in blue raspberry.

Historically while on a cut I ran Modern BCAA+ daily to fill deficiencies in my deficit, and as a life hack to get me to drink more water, tbh. Today I mixed this up in 10oz of water to get a legit flavor out of it, it was good! I went ahead and filled the shaker the rest of the way (24oz) to help get water in for the morning and the flavor was still strong and really good tasting. definitely helped me pound a quick 24oz of water.

So far I'd have no issue adding this to a daily regiment when on aminos FWIW.

Post workout today, threw down the Hardcore Whey:

I actually really like the macro breakdown on this with the low fat/low carb focus so I can indulge on the protein aspect. I took @MrKleen73 's comments in my thread under consideration and mixed it up thicker than I normally would, using a full serving in only 8oz of water whereas with many of my proteins I'll mix them into a full 20+ oz. I have to say at 8oz, I thought it was pretty good!

$90+ for a bottle seems kinda pricey, but at 68 servings thats $1.45/serving so is probably pretty close to my expectations for anything else. I think normally we pay about that when we stock up historically.

Like the review. There are always discount codes around if you need. Cost is always tough especially now.

wife and I were talking about it extensively last night, comparing it to what we pay per serving elsewhere. She often will pick up the 30 serving bags at costco and keep a tupperware we have topped off in the cabinet for even snacks, protein pudding, or put it in the freezer for 10 minutes to make like a protein ice cream. Our thought was that people are more likely to buy the 30 serving containers because they seem cheaper, even if hte price per serving is the same or more. I'm going to save one of my Mutant proteins for her to try because especially with a discount code, I could see us stocking up. I actually liked the choclate quite a bit!

I did go lighter on the water than usual, but that doesn't botter me because we often mix it with something at night like either a little greek yogurt, or powdered peanut butter etc.

Yesterday I forgot I had thrown a packet of the protein powder in the freezer for 10 minutes to create a little Mutant Chocolate Ice Cream so this morning got to work and it was waiting for me, a nice little morning snack with my eggs and rice lol. its good though!

eggs and rice lol
I've been doing eggs and rice recently as well. Was doing eggs and oatmeal but switched it up. I actually have been pouring my protein sludge onto my rice and eggs. Sounds gross but actually tastes good and makes it super easy to get down.

man I've done eggs and rice for like 12-15 years and I still love it. Sometimes i'll mix it up with a little hot sauce, or salsa or something but it's just such a simple way to get my macros in every morning. our chickens are producing 6+ eggs a day and if I want to balance fats/protein I'll go a little leaner on my home grown eggs and mix in a bunch of egg whites. I litearlly just finished eating eggs and rice a minute ago, haha. Even on the weekends like for a saturday morning I'll often reach for the left over carbs in the fridge then mix it all up with the leftover proteins of the week.... chopped chicken breast or whatever, add an egg or two and stir fry it in the cast iron preWO.

also, I'm out of my protein samples now, but my last bit of the chocolate I threw down during my arms day this week and it was 🔥 . tasted great, and definitely helped on a high out put session!

Now here's a doozy. this is STRONG. but I want to say my focus was on fire. My intensity through the roof. The beta alanine hit about the time I got to the locker room but was never too strong and passed quickly. Flavor was pretty good too!

Agreed! I think I just need rice and a chicken farm and I could survive off of chicken breasts and eggs :ROFLMAO:

we're close lol. I think we are at 12 chickens and 2 ducks now. not really enough to butcher them for any long term value but the egg production has been great!

I think I cooked up around 25+ yesterday between breakfast meal prep and a dozen+ for hardboiled snacks this week:

That's the way to do it for sure! Can't have too many eggs imo.

I've been seeing people say things like "I can't eat eggs even the next day" or "yeah I'm not going to sit in the kitchen and cook a weeks worth of meals every sunday".

and i'm like, well I guess you'll die then. lol.

So you're telling me you have to put in a little work and effort to get results. That's obscure! ;)

I was so hungry when I broke my fast last night. immediately grabbed hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and doubled down on a bunch of protein. I can only imagine how easy it would have been to replace those things with pizza or ice cream if I had those pre-stocked in my fridge instead, lol.

I’ve tried to keep some good quality frozen meals for the ohh, I’m not in the mood for that days. Never seems to workout. Even when I prep I get bored and end up not eating. It’s crazy. Then I can be in the zone and be fine.

yeah thats wild to me. I am in a constant battle against the fat kid that lives inside me.

Agreed. Stress is the killer for me. I stress eat so trying to manage that is rough. High stress job.
