Semaglutide

Does anyone have a little cheat sheet for how to use Semaglutide from third parties? I’m going to be sourcing from maresearch, but I just want to make sure I’m doing things correctly, from measuring, to accurate mixing, dosing, increasing, etc.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

This is how I would dose the 5mg. Also depends on how you respond.

Week 1 – .05ml = .25mg
Week 2 – .10ml = .50mg
Week 3 – .10ml = .50mg
Week 4 – .15ml = .75mg
Week 5 – .15ml = .75mg
Week 6 – .20ml = 1mg
Week 7 – .20ml = 1mg
Week 8 – .20ml = 1mg
Week 9 – .25ml = 1.25mg
Week 10 -.25ml = 1.25mg
Week 11 - .30ml = 1.5mg
Week 12 - .30ml = 1.5mg

Thank you. I'm going to reconstitute here in the next week. Do I use BAC water for it? And does it need to stay in the fridge once reconstituted?

Looks good. Found that low dose 0.25 once every five days worked well, until weeks three or four. Did not up dose then , if could go back , would have followed this protocol, or similar.

You guys are always awesome. Thank you! I actually started 1mg retatrutide 2 weeks ago. I got it on Strate Labs, but anyone else reputable I should know about?

Reta is the absolute goat. I have never been this vascular before on just regular old trt. It also improved a bunch of health markers.

My wife is on this now, and has ramped up to 1mg this week after 4 weeks at .25mg, and .5mg for 4 weeks. No effect yet until this week she said her hunger is down.

How long did it take you to receive your order ? I ordered some things and its been 5 days and still nothing out of my account. Starting to wonder

I've been a rep for a few years, here's typically what I see. If you ordered 5 days ago (Thursday) then Friday was 1 buisness day and today (Tuesday) would be the 3rd buisness day. Tomorrow you will probably get notice that your green eCheck has cleared or not. If it clears then your package will ship.

From the time you placed your order until the package arrives is generally 5 to 7 business days or less. I would imagine you'll have your package delivered Friday or Saturday.

In the 3-4 years I've been a rep, and the 5-6 years I've been using the products, I've never seen an incident of somebody not getting their product.

MA Research is above and beyond. Numerous orders with them, can vouch for the quality and above and beyond customer service. Also have a very solid and active rep on the boards, 'jus sayin.

I got you on Sema if you want. DM me

A 5mg vial I would use 2ml BAC and start with 250mcg or .25mg. That would be .10ml on a 1ml slin pin doses 1x a week. Titrate up by .10 if needed at week 4, etc.

My wife is up to 1.2mg of sema per week, and it’s working well, but makes her vomit a few times per week. Guessing she needs to back off a little. Any thoughts?

That’s a **** ton of sema for a woman. Most I know only need .5mg or less. Is she heavier than most?

Navigating the math the first time can feel like a chemistry exam, but once you get the logic down, it's incredibly simple.

Since MA Research sells liquid research chemicals rather than freeze-dried powder vials, the most important thing to look at is the total milligrams (mg) per milliliter (ml) on their specific bottle label, then match that to standard insulin syringe units.

Here is the quick, universal cheat sheet for standard Semaglutide scaling:

1. The Standard Dosing Schedule
The medical framework always starts low to let your body adjust to the slowed digestion. Never skip steps, or you'll be staring at a bathroom wall dealing with intense nausea.

Weeks 1–4: 0.25 mg once a week (Starting baseline)
Weeks 5–8: 0.5 mg once a week
Weeks 9–12: 1.0 mg once a week
Weeks 13+: 1.7 mg to 2.4 mg once a week (Advanced maintenance)

2. The Measurement Math
When drawing your research, remember: 10 units on a standard 100-unit insulin syringe equals exactly 0.1 ml. * Read your specific bottle concentration. For example, if a bottle is labeled 5 mg / ml, that means there is 5 mg of peptide packed into every 100 units on your syringe.

To pull a starting 0.25 mg dose from that concentration, you would draw exactly to the 5-unit mark.
To pull a 0.5 mg dose, you would draw to the 10-unit mark.

3. Quick Pro-Tips for Incretin Research
Hydration is Mandatory: Delayed gastric emptying means your body pulls water into your gut. If you don't double your water intake, you will get hit with fatigue and headaches.

Prioritize Protein: Your appetite is going to tank. Focus heavily on liquid protein or isolates early in the day so your body keeps its lean muscle tissue while the weight drops.
