Just a question. So I've lost 70 pounds. Down from 270 to 200. Weight loss has slowed down tremendously. I've platued over the last few months. I still lose a pound here and there but it's not consistent. I've dropped calories A LOT over my weight loss journey. I've taken off multiple weeks eating maintenance and sometimes over. Nothing is working. I've been on quite a few popular weight loss products but nothing's working now. I still have a lot of fat around the chest and stomach area. I'm trying to get back on track to my goal but seems impossible.
I have alot of muscle and actually increased strength over this journey. Do you think this will help with a platue? Seems I'm stuck at this weight loss set point if it exist
Congratulations on your weight loss.
What you're explaining about seeming to have plateaued is likely a result of the weight loss journey taking a toll on your body. Not meaning that in a bad way, its great that you lost the weight - just when we lose that much weight, our bodies do sometimes plateau and some things have to level out. I don't know where your calories are - but I know that often continuing to reduce them isn't the answer.
I think that Lean GLP sounds like a perfect fit because of how it focuses on metabolic health and healthy weight management. Lean GLP should help you with blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, overall metabolism (which may be slowed as explained above), increasing GLP1 levels for appetite control, and fat loss.
I think that Lean Edge would also help to kickstart fat loss. I would tell most people to start them at the same time, but in your unique case, I would say to start Lean GLP for a couple of weeks to help with leveling things out and getting your body back in a prime state to burn fat and then add Lean Edge after 2 to 3 weeks. My plan would be a 3 month run and longer if you're liking it.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Was considering grabbing a couple bottles soon
