Hi guys. Just as title states.

Night time food cravings are my Achilles heal.

What is the best stuff out there to help me control my cravings?

Thanks!!

Not a supplement but I’ve found a tablespoon or 2 of chia seeds mixed with water before meals/bed helps greatly with my cravings. Very filling and you get some omega 3s.

I can relate. There have been so many times that I would stick to my diet all day and screw it up at nighttime either before going to bed or wake up in the middle of the night and eat something while half asleep.

The two best things I've used for this have been LipoVantage and Lean Edge Nite Burn.

LipoVantage has been out longer so it has more feedback on it for appetite control.

Lean Edge Nite Burn is great for sleep and appetite, so it kind of depends on whether you need help with sleep too or if just wanting the appetite control part.

Lean GLP is amazing for appetite control in general, but not specific to nighttime. There's a lot of feedback on it in the Lean GLP thread: https://anabolicminds.com/community...ultimate-glp-1-supplement-has-arrived.339058/

They hand in hand for me. Better nights sleep will help with appetite control. Great product and would definitely recommend if you haven't tried it john10960

A lot of nighttime cravings are caused by high cortisol - especially if you find you're craving sugary things at night.

Cortisol peaks twice a day, first in the morning and then again at night. I would recommend trying Neuro AET by applying .5ml in the afternoon to help mitigate the evening cortisol spike - this could help a lot with the cravings. AET is also great for leaning and has a ton of other benefits. the typical application guide is to apply .5ml in the morning and again in the afternoon - since it's a really small application amount (.5ml) it's easy to apply and it dried really fast.

There's a lot of information about the benefits of AET and I think it would help a lot with your cravings - will also likely help you with sleep, inflammation, fat loss, etc.

Im going to mirror what @sns8778 said lipovantage for nighttime cravings. Ran this product about a while ago multiple bottles and was extremely helpful.

As well as another option, lean glp is doing a great job at eliminating cravings day and night. 1 month in closing on and can report if you give the product time to kick in cravings especially junk food are pretty much gone. *plus for this product is even if you can't resist junk food, as you are eating said junk food you eat less of it so minimal damage.

One more to add to that list that i ran for over a year straight is Evomuse Epitome. Especially since I was more on the obese side when I was on epitome it helped me control appetite and cravings. (Even lower bodyfat percentage helps regulate cravings too)OOS on his main website but did see some out there in the wild. Can't go wrong with any of those choices.

Thanks for the replies guys.

One concern I have about glp supplement is that glp pharmaceuticals such as ozempic have very dangerous side effects including muscle loss , increased cancer risk, etc..

Have all the ingredients in lean GLP had extensive safety testing? I’m worried about manipulating that pathway..

@sns8778 will be able to elaborate more on the ingredients. Its a all natural supplement I'm sure are 100% tested with no side effects. It not like a pharmaceutical in that sense; the ingredients in lean glp works to aid in activating the glp receptor/pathway more or less aiding in the appetite and craving suppression(as well as weightloss). Might not make sense but in my head it did. 😂

You could also play into those cravings. Eat less during the day and add a meal at night. As long as you keep your calories in check you should be good. I eat an apple with 2TB of almond butter each night about 1.5hrs before bedtime. The fiber and fat are satiating and quite effectively keep any other cravings at bay.
If you have problems with sleep apnea or acid reflux you might want to avoid this approach but otherwise it miht be worth a try.

Increasing your body's natural levels is completely different than taking a prescription GLP agonist.

The GLP-1 drugs mimic the effects of GLP-1.
Lean GLP increases the body's natural levels of GLP-1.
Two completely different things.

That's kind of the point of Lean GLP in general is a product that helps increase your body's own natural levels and also supports fat loss, healthy weight management, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic health, blood sugar/a1c, and an improved lipid profile.

The write up goes into a ton of details on this.

Lean GLP contains 9 ingredients, 8 of which are branded ingredients - and all 9 of which have multiple human studies on them.
  • Saberry
    • Saberry has been shown in multiple human clinical studies to have an excellent safety profile and to support improved blood sugar and a1c levels, improved insulin sensitivity, improve lipid profile, and more.
  • Dihydromyricetin
    • Dihydromyricetin has been shown in multiple studies to support an increase in natural GLP-1 levels and to also have great liver support benefits.
  • DNF-10
    • DNF-10 has been shown in multiple human clinical studies to reduce appetite, reduce sugar cravings, promote fat loss (in one study every single lb. lost was body-fat), and to have an excellent safety profile.
  • Momordicin
    • Bitter Melon/Momordicin has been shown in human clinical studies to have an excellent safety profile and to support improved blood sugar and a1c levels and improved insulin sensitivity.
  • Eriomin
    • Eriomin has multiple human clinical studies showing an excellent safety profile and showing that it increases natural GLP-1 levels, improves blood sugar and a1c levels, improves insulin sensitivity, etc.
  • GlucoVantage
    • Berberine has tons of studies and GlucoVantage is Dihydroberberine, which has been shown in studies to have higher better bioavailability and a much better half life than berberine. It's been shown in studies to support GLP-1 levels, healthy blood sugar and a1c levels, improved insulin sensitivity, and improved lipid profile.
  • CaloriBurn
    • Aframomum/Grains of Paradise has multiple human clinical studies.
  • Curcousin (Calebin-A)
    • Curcousin is an amazing compound that is a constituent of curcumin, but not to be confused with the benefits of curcumin. It has multiple human clinical studies and has been shown to support weight loss, improved metabolic health, healthy weight management, and so many more things I'm writing an article on it that is so long it may turn into multiple articles.
  • Bioperine
    • Bioperine has multiple human studies showing increased absorption.
Lean GLP would be a great product for someone looking to improve metabolic health, blood sugar, and lipid profiles even if they didn't care at all about the appetite control aspects of it.

Same here only I do a banana! Has some magnesium in it for natural sleep aid!

I think the best "supplements" for late night hunger are protein shakes and sleep stack drinks. If I am hungry at night I will pound a scoop or three of whey and casein. This will kinda satisfy the sweet tooth and keep you full, stabilize blood sugar and hydrate you- all helping with cravings and sleep. I will also sometimes take a sleep drink like below, it gives momentary satiation and by the time I would be hungry again I am knocked out. I usually dont like prop blends - but Thermovex PM works quite well for me so its a staple. Also supposedly a "fat burner".

Same here. Ecspecially for sleep products like this I don't understand why they can't make the product and list the exact ingredient profile vs prop blend.
