Whether lifting weights, sprinting, or performing endurance-based activities, ReV02 is designed to help you perform at your highest level, building both physical strength and endurance for sustained success.

Improved Recovery – Between Sets & Between Workouts
Improved recovery, and the emphasis on the importance of recovery is something that sets many performance athletes apart from a lot of people.

When most people think of recovery, they think about it in terms of soreness and just the way their muscles feel. However, when performance athletes think of recovery, they think about it in terms of how their muscle growth back bigger and stronger than they were before, and how to maximize them recovering as quickly and efficiently as possible so that they can train again without overtraining.

There are two important types of recovery – recovery between sets and recovery between workouts.

ReV02 is designed to help accelerate and maximize recovery both between sets and between workouts.

Let’s Examine the Ingredients:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ReV02 is powered by 6 branded ingredients and every ingredient in ReV02 has clinical studies on the ingredient itself or studies on the active ingredients that make up the branded ingredient.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cordy-Plex™ (2,000 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cordy-Plex™ is an exciting new ingredient designed especially for cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Cordy-Plex™ Highlights/Supports:
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Delayed Fatigue
  • Improved V02 Max
  • Increased Oxygen Utilization
  • Enhanced ATP Production
  • Lactate Threshold Improvement
What is Cordy-Plex™?
Cordy-Plex™ is a revolutionary new ingredient designed to help support cardiovascular and muscular endurance in order to help you take your performance to the next level.

Cordy-Plex™ is a specialized combination of Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris, two of the most powerful adaptogens known to man. These mushrooms have been used for centuries to help promote performance and vitality, and now, Cordy-Plex™ is bringing together specialized forms of them to help elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts push their limits like never before.

How does Cordy-Plex™ support improved endurance?
Cordyceps has several mechanisms through which it may help promote enhanced endurance:
  • Increased Oxygen Utilization: Cordyceps has been shown in studies to have the ability to increase oxygen uptake and improve aerobic capacity. By supporting the body’s ability to utilize oxygen more efficiently during exercise, Cordyceps can support both cardiovascular endurance and overall aerobic performance.
  • Enhanced ATP Production: Cordyceps has been shown in human studies to increase ATP production, which is crucial for energy during both muscular and cardiovascular exertion. ATP is the main energy currency of the body, and having more ATP available can help sustain prolonged physical activity, improving muscular endurance.
  • Reduction in Fatigue: Cordyceps has been shown to reduce exercise-induced fatigue by improving mitochondrial function (the ‘powerhouses’ of cells). Increasing mitochondrial function can lead to more sustained energy during exercise and a reduced feeling of tiredness, which is essential to both muscular and cardiovascular function.
  • Lactate Threshold Improvement: Cordyceps has been shown to help increase the lactate threshold, the point at which lactate builds up in the blood, causing fatigue. By delaying the onset of lactate accumulation, Cordyceps may help enable athletes and fitness enthusiasts to sustain intense efforts for longer periods without succumbing to fatigue as quickly.
  • Adaptogenic Properties: Cordyceps has strong adaptogenic properties, meaning that it helps the body better handle both physical and mental stress. This is especially important for athletes who train hard and need to recover efficiently between workouts or events. The adaptogenic properties of Cordy-Plex™ help combat stress and improve overall resilience, allowing athletes to perform at their best without being overwhelmed by fatigue.
Cordy-Plex® role in cardiovascular and muscular endurance:
Cordyceps has been shown to have a positive impact on both muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance, although it is most particularly known for its cardiovascular endurance benefits, as it can enhance both aerobic capacity and improved V02 Max. However, it can also contribute to muscular endurance through improved cellular energy production and reduced fatigue, especially if the right types are used.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance (Aerobic Performance): Cordyceps is particularly known for being beneficial for cardiovascular endurance, as it helps the body utilize oxygen more effectively during exercise. Improved V02 max translates into better performance in long-duration aerobic and cardiovascular intensive activities.
  • Muscular Endurance: Cordyceps supports improved muscular endurance by boosting ATP production and improving overall energy metabolism, allowing muscles to perform for longer periods of time before fatigue sets in. This can be especially useful toward the end of long grueling workouts and in high-intensity, intermittent training such as HIIT or activities involving repeated short bursts of exertion.
  • V02 Max: V02 max (maximal oxygen uptake) is a key determinant of cardiovascular fitness, and Cordyceps has been shown to increase V02 max in several studies, which would have a direct impact on aerobic endurance. A higher V02 max would allow you to perform higher intensities for longer periods, benefiting individuals who train for maximum endurance.
Cordy-Plex™ – A Deeper Understanding:
Above, we have explained how Cordy-Plex™ supports improved endurance and performance; this section will explain what Cordyceps is, the different types, the advantages of each – and through that, the significance of Cordy-Plex™ containing both Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps sinensis.

What is Cordyceps?
Cordyceps is a mushroom that has been extensively studied for a variety of general health and performance benefits, and especially for its potential benefits on increasing endurance performance.

There is significant evidence supporting Cordyceps’ role in improving both muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance, and studies also suggest that it can have a positive impact on V02 Max, which is a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and performance.

Cordyceps Sinensis vs. Cordyceps Militaris
Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris are two different species of the Cordyceps genus, and both are popular in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern supplementation for enhancing endurance and performance.

While both specifies share some similar general benefits, they do have key differences in their compositions, potencies, and specific benefits.
  • Active Compounds:
    • Cordyceps sinensis contains a variety of bioactive compounds, including cordycepin (a modified nucleoside) and polysaccharides, which are believed to have significant immune-modulating and endurance-boosting effects. The unique combination of these compounds is associated with energy enhancement, fatigue reduction, and improved stamina.
    • Cordyceps militaris contains cordycepin (like C. sinensis), but it typically has higher concentrations of this compound, which is often credited for its ATP-boosting and anti-fatigue effects. Additionally, C. militaris tends to have a higher concentration of polysaccharides, which contribute to its immune-supporting benefits.
  • Endurance Benefits:
    • Both Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris have shown positive effects on muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and VO2 max due to their ability to increase ATP production, improve oxygen utilization, and reduce fatigue. However, their differences in active compounds may make each one better for specific goals, which is significant in that Cordy-Plex™ harnesses the power of both of them together.
    • Cordyceps sinensis is generally regarded as more adaptogenic, meaning it can help the body better handle stress and improve overall vitality, which may be more beneficial for longer, steady-state endurance events where prolonged exertion is needed.
    • Cordyceps militaris, with its higher concentration of cordycepin, may have a stronger effect on energy production and performance in high-intensity efforts, making it potentially more effective for shorter, intense bouts of exercise or events where maximal ATP output is needed.
Cordy-Plex™ provides you with the power of both Cordyceps sinensis and militaris in order to help you reach your health, fitness, athletic, and performance goals.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ElevATP® (150 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ElevATP® is a natural sportsceutical and plant based performance booster that has been shown to increase levels of endogenous adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of the body, and to support improved strength, power, and performance.

ElevATP® Highlights/Supports:
  • Lean muscle and strength
  • Improved endurance
  • Delayed fatigue
  • Increased power output
  • Improved athletic performance
  • Enhanced body-composition
  • Increases mitochondrial ATP levels
  • Non-stimulant cellular energy enhancement
  • Helps the body produce more ATP through its own internal mechanisms
  • Strength. Power. Performance.
In a clinical study of resistance-trained athletes, ElevATP® demonstrated the following improvements over 12 weeks of daily 150 mg. supplementation:
  • Lean muscle and strength
  • Power output and training volume
  • Improved athletic performance
Supplementation with a single 150 mg. dose of ElevATP® resulted in a statistically significant increase in mitochondrial ATP vs. placebo.

What is Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP)?
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an energy carrying molecule found in all living cells that provides cellular energy to every cell in the body. It is often referred to as the ‘molecular unit of energy currency’ because it directly increases cellular energy, providing readily available energy for various cellular processes. Essentially, higher ATP levels mean more available energy available for the cells to function properly.

ATP is important for response times, muscle contraction during exercise, endurance, and much more.

How does ElevATP® increase ATP levels?
ElevATP® is not a source of ATP, but rather an ingredient that helps the body produce more ATP through its own internal mechanisms. In this way, ElevATP® promotes non-stimulant energy from the body’s own mitochondria. This is significant because it helps to ensure that your body’s levels are more consistently higher and that you’re ready to perform your best at every opportunity.

By helping to ensure that your body is properly fueled, ElevATP® stacks very well with the other ingredients in ReV02’s scientifically designed formula to help you perform at your best

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Senactiv® (100 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Senactiv® is the first senolytic sportsceutical that elevates exercise endurance, recovery, and energy while supporting senescent cell clearance and new muscle cell generation during high-intensity exercise.

Senactiv® helps to activate the body’s pathway to clear senescent cells, allowing for new muscle cell regeneration. Senactiv® supports the replacement of senescent cells with new muscle cells for improved endurance, enhanced exercise performance, and accelerated recovery.

Senactiv® Highlights/Supports:
  • Exercise Endurance: Senactiv® helps your body clear out senescent cells, allowing for the generation of younger, more efficient muscle cells with higher energy production capacity. In a human clinical trial published in the esteemed PLOS One, Senactiv® was shown to increase endurance time (time to exhaustion) by 20% in a high-intensity (89% V02 max) cycling exercise.
  • ATP Production: Senactiv® has been shown to increase ATP production by enhancing citrate synthase by up to 47%.
  • Muscle Energy: Senactiv® promotes the generation of muscle cells with a higher number of mitochondria, the “powerhouses” of cells, resulting in increased energy production during exercise.
  • Faster Recovery: Senactiv® supports improved recovery by activating the body’s cellular processes to clear out senescent cells (old, damaged cells) in muscles, allowing for the generation of new, healthy muscle cells which can perform better and recover faster.
  • Muscle Cell Renewal/Regeneration: Senactiv® supports muscle cell renewal and regeneration by helping to eliminate senescent cells and promoting new muscle growth.
  • Muscle Preservation: Senactiv® has been shown in human clinical studies to support muscle preservation by clearing senescent cells and reducing inflammation.
How does Senactiv® work?
Muscle tissue is made up of a network of cells. These cells are constantly dividing and regenerating in order to maintain the health and function of the muscle tissue. However, at a certain point, these cells may stop regenerating and become senescent – which means that the cell is no longer a functioning part of the muscle tissue, but instead of ‘dying’ and being replaced by a healthy cell, it stays there taking up space where a healthy and contributing cell could be. The higher the number of senescent cells in a tissue, the lower rate the tissue can perform.

Younger/newer muscle cells typically work harder and recover faster than older muscle cells because they have higher mitochondria counts, which may produce more energy and have greater ATP energy production capacity, leading to higher levels of cellular energy and endurance.

Senactiv® has also been shown in human clinical studies to support ATP production via enhancing the activity of citrate synthase by up to 47%!

How does boosting citrate synthase improve performance?
Boosting citrate synthase increases muscle energy by enhancing the rate of the Krebs cycle within the mitochondria, which is the primary pathway for generating ATP (cellular energy) from nutrients. Essentially, increasing citrate synthase means more efficient energy production within the muscle cell.

Senactiv® is the first senolytic for enhanced exercise performance and endurance on the market.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
S7® (50 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nitric oxide (NO) is a vital compound that increases blood flow within the body and carries oxygen and nutrients to the muscles helping support exercise performance, energy output, and muscle function.

Whether you’re an athlete, fitness enthusiast, or simply want to stay healthy and active, your body needs nitric oxide to perform and stay at its best.

S7® is a plant based performance booster that is a combination of seven plant-based, nitric oxide-boosting ingredients that has been shown to support your body’s internal nitric oxide system.

The human body already produces nitric oxide as a vasodilator, but the body’s natural production of nitric oxide can decrease with age and due to a variety of other factors. Nitric Oxide is important as a vasodilator, signaling the blood vessels to relax, and thus increasing blood flow and delivering more oxygen, fuel, and other key nutrients to the muscles.

S7® is very unique in that it works differently than other nitric oxide boosters on the market because it works by triggering an increase in the body’s own nitric oxide production.

In a 90-day double-blind, peer-reviewed clinical study, S7® significantly increased blood circulating nitric oxide and maintained elevated levels with once-daily supplementation compared to placebo.

Free Radical Nitric Oxide Degradation:
Excessive free radicals can degrade nitric oxide (NO) levels and disrupt NO production, which may result in exercise fatigue and muscle damage. This means that we need to protect and support our NO system in order to help achieve our performance and active lifestyle goals.

S7® has been shown to help combat multiple free radical pathways and boost your body’s internal circulating nitric oxide levels. This dual activity helps to optimize your NO system and prime your body so it’s ready to perform whenever you are.

Nitrosylated Hemoglobin (NOHb) and Hypoxic Vasodilation:
Hemoglobin is a protein in red blood cells that is essential for transporting oxygen throughout the body. During exercise, a form of nitic oxide called Nitrosylated Hemoglobin (NOHb) replaces an oxygen molecule, which helps signal our circulatory system into vasodilation (increased blood flow).

Nitrosylated hemoglobin is a molecule in red blood cells that contains nitric oxide attached to hemoglobin. It’s involved in regulating blood flow and tissue oxygenation. It is important for cardioprotection, and is involved in hypoxic vasodilation, which is a physiological response that regulates blood flow when there’s reduced tissue oxygenation.

Hypoxic vasodilation primarily occurs in situations where the body experiences low oxygen levels, which can be due to factors such as high altitude, respiratory issues, anemia, etc. Exercise, especially intense exercise or exercise in a hypoxic environment, can cause or contribute to hypoxic vasodilation, where the body’s demand for oxygen exceeds the supply, causing the blood vessels to dilate and deliver more oxygen to working muscles.

S7® targets NOHb within the body, which is a more stable form of NO than free-form NO, providing long-lasting vasodilation and nitric oxide support. This may help improve blood flow and oxygen delivery to tissues, thereby supporting the body’s ability to adapt to low-oxygen environments.

Synergy with the other ingredients in ReV02:
You may have tried S7® in other products, as it’s included in a lot of nitric oxide products and pre-workouts, but it’s full potential for endurance really shines when used in conjunction with the other active ingredients in ReV02 because of the various methods of action covered.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Salidroside (SalidroPure™) (25 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Salidroside is an adaptogen that helps the body cope with both physical and mental stress while supporting an increase in overall endurance and performance. This powerful compound helps increase the body’s resistance to fatigue, helping you to maintain higher levels of physical exertion for longer periods of time.

Salidroside also supports enhanced mental clarity and cognitive function, helping you to stay sharp and focused throughout the day, whether you’re in the gym, training for sport, or managing a demanding schedule. By helping to optimize oxygen utilization and reduce perceived exertion, Salidroside supports both mental and physical performance, making it an important ingredient for anyone looking to push through fatigue and perform at their best.

Salidroside was originally only available in lower dosages because it had to be standardized from Rhodiola, and most normal Rhodiola only contained 1% Salidroside, meaning that a typical 300 mg. serving of Rhodiola would only give you 3 mg. Salidroside.

SalidroPure™ represents the evolution of Salidroside supplementation, especially for performance enhancement, by providing a much higher concentration that allows for much higher dosing and the ultimate in consistent potency so that you can feel and perform your best.

With SalidroPure™, you can now harness the power of highly dosed pure Salidroside to help take your endurance, focus, and overall performance to the next level.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AstraGin® (25 mg.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AstraGin® is a natural patented ingredient complex comprised of highly fractionated Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng and created using pharmaceutical grade extraction and processing technology and designed to help enhance nutrient absorption.

AstraGin® is a natural powerhouse of an ingredient for improving nutrient absorption and bioavailability in the body. When combined with the powerful ingredients in ReV02, AstraGin® maximizes their effectiveness by promoting efficient transport and absorption in the digestive tract. This helps to ensure that the powerful ingredients in ReV02 – such as Cordy-Plex™, ElevATP®, SalidroPure™, and Senactiv® – are more readily available for your body to use, ensuring that you get the full benefits of every dose. By supporting nutrient uptake, AstraGin® helps to ensure that your body performs at its highest level, supporting an increase in energy, recovery, and overall performance.

That looks truly amazing. It would play really well into my grappling and kettle bell training.

Got a bottle coming from DPS along with MPC-185!

@sns8778 is Cordy-Plex™ something you developed in house?

No. ReV02 is the first product to contain Cordy-Plex and also SalidroPure.

Really looking forward to running this. This is a very comprehensive product for these types of benefits, lots of broad and specific benefits that many people can get use from.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback on it.

As many people that have asked for endurance products, I'm surprised that this thread hasn't had more posts and conversation in it than it has.

I love the science and I always try to explain it to people in a way that's easy to understand, and especially with this one, I wanted to go into depth about the different avenues through which you can work to increase endurance. By understanding the different ways, that helps to understand how the ingredients work and can work together.

I always try to do the very first part of every write up as a quick and easy section for people that don't care about the in depth science and make it - simple explanation, highlights/what it does, who its for, etc.

I've been wondering for months if there's any use in doing these super in depth write ups anymore because it seems to almost discourage conversation now days by either answering almost every possible question or by people just looking at how in depth they are and not reading them.

Have a 6 pack of this on the way. Loved PeakO2, and very excited about this. This is probably the product my wife is most excited about for beach volleyball season.

I've got coworkers eyeballing it; one already ordered 3 bottles from DPS.

I think some of it is just how the forum skews. Outside of here endurance pursuits are far more popular and if anything have only gotten more popular as of late.

As far as write ups I just don't think most people here actually care anymore. People who want in depth breakdowns honestly probably want to obsess over even more minute things and have gravitated to other places, those still here don't seem to dive into it anymore. Much rather be "wowed" and not have to think.

Write ups still likely serve benefit, just for those who aren't regulars here, but will still be interested in the breakdowns to help them decide what products benefit them.
I love the write-ups. I’m a nerd

This is one that I am really looking forward to. I will be ordering a three pack soon. I plan on using it all summer long. I will probably stack a few things with it to see what works best. Probably ATP Elite and more Senactiv.

Love the write ups and very excited about the new endurance products you’re bringing to market! Thanks Steve!

The write ups are a goldmine of info in this social media misinformation world we live in. If you google search these products or ingredients, the threads here come up. That is a great source of information in one place. I may not be interested in something today, but when I am I know I can easily find all the info in these write ups vs searching all over and possibly using a bad source.

I appreciate how Steve puts the actual write ups on his sites though. No more digging around. There used to be a time where I'd have to hunt down the write ups on a forum if I didn't want to dig into the ingredients individually on my own.

Its still tough though because pretty much nobody cites any sources anymore, which I understand it very time consuming and most people don't care nor does it always make sense to, but can lead to things being a little "messy".

It is nice. More places with this info the better.

I agree it's nice when people do cite sources.

I understand both sides of the citing and not citing thing.

I usually cite sources or provide a link to the study itself if I copy and paste something directly from a study or when I will summarize the setup or results from a study, but if I'm paraphrasing or explaining something that has been shown across multiple ones or is considered a vetted claim, then I don't because there's no reason to.

I do understand why many brands and writers don't anymore because many people don't know how to read the studies and will glance at them and then try to argue about what the study says when they don't even understand the study design or what some of the things mean. We've seen this here multiple times - people latch on to some detail they don't understand and try to argue about it when they don't even understand the context of it. But that's why a lot of people don't cite things anymore is because of not wanting to deal with being nitpicked.

I miss a world in which people actually wanted to learn rather than want to argue and nitpick little things so much that they completely miss the big picture.

Have used ReV02 the past two days.

Im going off being sick for a few weeks so Im definitely not at 100%...

I will say I noticed a mood boost from this thats lasted hours after my workout!

Ya literacy of understanding the words in a study, how studies are conducted, and just general science is pretty poor right now. Honestly its tough since even the people who try to act like knowledgeable authoritities on many of these things seem to barely grasp even the basics of things like chemistry, physiology, etc. everyone wants to jump right ahead to advanced stuff while butchering the basics.

I'll admit it is easy for me to sit and critique a company for not citing or doing certain things, but I also have zero financial interest and can just ignore anyone with zero repercussions if I find their questions annoying. SO it is easy for me to do, but I understand there probably is more nuance beyond my view.

Agreed 1000% on a lot of people that don't know the basics jumping ahead to the advanced stuff. I can think of a couple of times lately that me and you both have tried to explain basic things in threads where some people were trying to argue advanced things and didn't even know the basic subject matter. I'm always glad to help people, but its frustrating when people want to argue when they don't even understand what they're arguing about.

I think there's not a one answer fits all type of approach to really address it all.

To discuss citing things, we'd almost need to break it down into citing vs. not citing into articles and write ups.

Write ups:
Most brands use very simplified write ups now and don't go into details about any of the ingredients and if they do, its a one paragraph type explanation and bullet points - which I think is because of the attention span of the world we live in today in that most people don't want to learn the science or care about it anymore; they are moreso influenced by the marketing and what their favorite influencer tells them to buy. In cases like that, you'll normally only see them cite something if they make a specific claim that was shown in a specific study.

There are a few brands that don't or rarely put write ups on their own sites, but will post them other places. In some of those cases, some have a tendency to pick and choose what one liners out of studies they put in order to convey what they want to convey, which is often out of context. Some don't cite for that reason and others do cite bc they know that realistically 99% of people won't bother to check the context of the actual study &/or be able to understand it if they did. So its basically a sales pitch.

I usually cite sources or provide a link to the study itself if I copy and paste something directly from a study or when I will summarize the setup or results from a study, but if I'm paraphrasing or explaining something that has been shown across multiple ones or is considered a vetted claim, then I don't because there's no reason to because its considered common verbiage with the ingredient.

Articles:
You generally see more citations in articles than write ups because there is more information in most articles than in most companies write ups. Some websites when they do an article seem to try to cite every single sentence almost, but that is becoming rarer - likely because it's so time consuming and a lot of people say it makes them harder to read, which I think goes back to the average attention span today.

I've been working on a lot of articles myself, and the way I'm doing citing is that I'm not citing things that would be considered common knowledge, but if I reference something specific from a study I try to cite it. For example, if I say "creatine supports lean muscle and strength" then that's pretty common knowledge, but if I say that "DL-185 was shown to increase muscle protein synthesis by 159%" then I will cite the study since I'm being super specific and talking about a study finding.

My writing style for articles in general is normally to not be super sciencey, I try to take the science and break it down into language that is easy for the average person to understand.

Has UnrealSupps ordered any and is there any chance of a promo sale from them?

I'm in EU but order mostly from them.

Thank you in advance!

They have an order in process that will have some on it. It will probably ship out next week.

I can never speak for any retailers pricing or sales on things, so I'm not sure on that part.

Any reason this doesn't include Arjuna? That has been one of the most effective products I have ever used for cardio endurance.

Any reason this doesn't include Arjuna? That has been one of the most effective products I have ever used for cardio endurance.

The way the product is designed is very specific from a method of action standpoint in targeting results and also in how the ingredients work together and I think it is by far the most effective endurance supplement made.

I love ArjunaPure as an ingredient we were one of the first companies to use ArjunaPure in a supplement when we included it in Cardiovascular Support XT, which I think is a super underrated product and its sad how little it gets talked about on here.

A lot of people using ReV02 will be stacking it with Cardiovascular Support XT.

ReV02 and Cardiovascular Support XT are a great stack for people that want to increase cardiovascular conditioning and cardiovascular health and they stack great together. If we had used a high dose of ArjunaPure in ReV02, I would have been concerned that it may would lower blood pressure too much in some people stacking them - and that's definitely something you don't want during an event or hard endurance training.

So I’d been already looking over some of this stuff and then some recent posts in other areas reminded me of some of this research, but thought some of this was relevant.

I don’t want to get too off into newer paradigms of energy usage in exercise, but I do think people under estimate (or likely have been misinformed not from their own faults but due to the way information is potentially presented) how much and how important oxidative efforts are for lifting.

At the bottom I’ll link a study showing the shift over several sets. It’s in hard biking, but should be similar in challenging enough sets of lifting.

I think a product like Rev02 potentially can show benefit in stuff like this with increased performance on subsequent sets for people who do higher volume, later in workouts (again more benefits for higher volume), and the idea that by improving some metabolism it can spare glycogen (again improving performance, especially in higher volume).

That was always the main benefit I saw from ingredients like epicatechin and it is very important. Having muscle energy later in sets in an almost linear fashion as beginning sets can (and does) result in strength and mass gains. Much more noticeable in higher volume training.

This stuff is pretty noticable from day one. Definite increase in work capacity. I track HR routinely for both lifting and cardio and was a professional cyclist back in the day, so I'm fairly attuned to my cardiovascular status and any fluctuations from the norm. My first workout on REVO2 (at only 2 caps), I quickly noticed I was needing less recovery between supersets. I then realized that I was feeling "recovered" at a HR 10-15bpm higher than typical. I was very impressed. Respiratory rate and perceived exertion were significantly lower than they typically would be for the same workload and HR.

Thos has stayed consistent every time I've used REV02 so far, and I have yet to use more than half a dose (saving that for a true cardio day, which I haven't had time for recently ). Added one cap of Senactiv to half a dose of REVO2 today before a deadlift session and once again was blown away.

I was a fan of Peak02, but this is better. Man I wish this was around back in my racing days!

used peak02 pretty successfully for cycling, trail running, climbing and snowboarding

picking up a bottle of Rev02 this week and very excited to try it out

OK, I talked a young coworker who competes in Muay Thai and BJJ into buying a bottle of Rev02. He gave me a sample tonight.

I'm extremely tired today from a lack of sleep, and I'm sore from bjj training last night. I got to my coffee roaster this evening (to work more lol) and did:

EMOM for 10min: 23 swings with the 70lber

Then 6 sets of 12 Tyson push-ups

Last few weeks I did 20 swings for the EMOM, which takes 26-37 seconds. 23 is about 35 seconds, and the 7-8 seconds of rest matters. I was pretty much maxed by the 5th set and each one after I was in a deficit, it just got harder and harder, and I almost died on the last set, heart was pegged.

Normally I'd be gasping for a lot longer after, especially if I'm this tired, but less than a minute later I was fine. That's not normal.

When I do the pushuos after some hard kettlebell stuff, sometimes my heart rate will also be elevated, but this time it's not.

That's pretty solid for one dose.

Forgot to mention, pumps were on point, maybe from the added exertion, but swings aren't exactly pump-inducing.

The coworker I mentioned above, who competes in Muay Thai and BJJ, sent me this last night at midnight:

'The rev02 is flipping outstanding

Cardio is phenomenal. If i can't win Sunday with technique I can win with cardio haha'

Nice.

2nd day on this stack.

Only thing I can report atm is related to ReV02.

Today was an airsoft gameday and we play very intense CQB. Carrying all the gear (plate carrier, mags, rifle, secondary, helmet, 'nades, smokes etc) is approx 20kg load running up & down, clearing rooms and holding positions/buildings.

Today was the day that I did not feel out of breath. Due to an ankle sprain, my condition the past month was lacking so feeling THAT good today, was amazing.

Tomorrow, I have my long road bike ride and looking forward to it.

Next week is a sprint triathlon and hopefully by then, it will be much better.

Rev02 is the real deal. I’m not in the best shape, and honestly, I shouldn’t be able to run the way I have been lately. My endurance has significantly improved, and the runner’s high lasts all day.

If you’re someone who hates cardio but needs to boost your cardiovascular health, you should definitely add Rev02 to your routine. It almost feels like I’m cheating it’s that good!
