Used to take a lot of gear in my early 20’s pro’s etc.

Here I am late 30’s (37) and way out of shape and let myself go. 6’1 270. I have a pretty good amount of fat sadly and going to get my ass back in shape and this time for good. This is my 2nd sugar scare.. A1c was a 6. Needless to say Won’t be a 3rd !!

Diet (lifestyle) started day 1 after blood work

Recent blood work total test was 219
Going to try to get into shape and see if I can get my test up naturally as much as I can before TRT route.
Currently taking multi from gnc and 5000iu vitamin D. What’s the new latest and greatest test boosters natural/unnatural, estrogen blockers, fat burners what does everybody recommend? what’s everybody taking?

I think @poison made a great suggestion because Lean GLP was the first thing that came to mind when I read your post because it is going to help with glp1 support, fat loss, appetite control, a1c, and lipid support - so it covers a whole lot of things that seems relevant to what you're explaining in one product.

I've had really good improvements in bloodwork with M-Test and Optimize-T, and a lot of people have posted here over the years showing their bloodwork on those.

QUANTITATIVE RESULTS

January 2024
Total Testosterone - 379 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 61.4 pg/nl
Estrogen (E2) - 27 pg/ml
PSA - 0.64 ng/ml

April 2024
Total Testosterone - 538 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 81.8 ng/dl
Estrogen (E2) - 16 pg/ml
PSA - 0.56 ng/ml

~42% increase in total testosterone.
~33% increase in free testosterone
~41% decrease in E2

FYI the PSA test just came with the test/free test/E2 panel I purchased. Wasn’t something I was intentionally trying to measure. The before and after we’re both taken fasted around 8am.

QUALITATIVE RESULTS

Again, training was minimal, so wasn’t really providing my body the stimulus for any body composition changes. The one thing to call out, like others, is an increase in sleep quality. I don’t wear an Oura ring or any other device so I’d call this just subjective feedback.
 
Id very much bet that getting back in the gym and straightening out your eating would help both issues
( blood glucose and hormones to some degree). Berberine or metformin with meals will also help with the glucose. Mitoburn is a great non stim fat burner and I actually think it's in the product mentioned above. If you want stims, and workout in the mornings on a empty stomach (which I'm not a fan of but lots of ppl seem to find this is the only time they can) but in that situation yohimbe on empty stomach works as a fat burner (tolerance may vary). Id leave the gear options alone untill you have been back at it a while and drop some BF, mainly because the higher bf on gear usually causes more sides. When the time comes that you do use them, just start out like it's the first time again. You've been off long enough that it's going to be like the first time anyways.
 
SNS Glucovantage would be great or use the Lean GLP. Lean Edge is the next fat burner I’d add. For the hormones I always come back to CEL Mtest. I just went back to it again after a month on a different product and noticed it after 3 days. For estrogen if that’s an issue SNS Inhibit E. Take creatine and maybe a pre or stim fat burner. Run that for a few months. If you don’t make progress it’s probably either poor programming, diet, or sleep.

As for test boosters / estrogen blockers I have a few recommendations. People in here have already linked some great fat loss products.

Test boosters:

-Mtest by competitive edge labs, a great overall test booster for a great price.

-optimize t by SNS, a lot of people seem to respond very well to this product.

Estrogen blockers:

-cloma plex by competitive edge labs, a great overall product designed to be a natural SERM.

-arimahex by Apex alchemy, this is a very interesting product and if your looking for an estrogen blocker may be one of the best choices. I'll link a study on it, the results were pretty crazy.
