L- carnitine gel.
I think it should be a staple for allot of people because the benefits are numerous and long term it really shines for fat loss.
I would stack it with alpha gel on and off and it’s one of my favourite combos.
Soon I’m gonna include into this stack Lipoderm and Napalm gels also for an ultimate fat loss stack.

If I were picking a personal favorite, I would say for localized it would be Napalm Xtreme and if systemic, FL7 & L-Carnitine Gel would probably be a tie for me personally.

In general, when picking between targeted localized fat loss products, it can vary by the person and what type of fat they primarily hold and their body-fat percentage as to which would be the best choice for them.

Subcutaneous is the fat under a person's skin that they can pinch.
Visceral fat is the fat that is around the internal organs that makes the stomach poke out.

Targeted localized fat loss:
  • Napalm Xtreme - both subcutaneous & visceral fat
  • Lipoderm Xtreme - primarily subcutaneous fat
  • Ab-Solved - primarily visceral fat
The average person that is lean but not super lean, Napalm Xtreme covers both bases.

The person that can pinch up a moderate to good amount, Lipoderm Xtreme or ideally Lipoderm Xtreme and Napalm Xtreme - using Napalm Xtreme on the abdomen and Lipoderm Xtreme on the sides and love handles.

If you're super lean and can pinch up little to no fat, then Ab-Solved.

Systemic fat loss:
  • XPG L-Carnitine Gel (fat loss, cellular energy, health benefits, and improved cardio)
  • FL7/7-OXO Gel (fat loss via multiple mechanisms; discussed in FL7 thread)
  • Suppress-C (cortisol control related fat loss)
  • Ursa-Gel (recomp)
For me, my body-fat fluctuates and I don't try to stay super lean, so I would personally ideally be a Napalm Xtreme + Lipoderm Xtreme person for localized, but if had to pick one it would be Napalm Xtreme.

I’m guessing I have roughly 20% BW, and my waist is small-ish (31 inches) so would Lipoderm Xtreme be better since most likely I’m holding more subcutaneous fat? I hold most fat around my love handles and lower back.

Thanks. I'm going to reply to this in a way that not just replying to you, but others reading; just wanted to explain that in case some of it didn't seem applicable to you.

As a guy, a lot of us tend to compute our waist measurement differently - some of us go by the size jeans we wear, which isn't an accurate waist size. Some measure around the hip bones, some measure around the belly button.

The reason I wanted to explain that for anyone reading is that if there is a big discrepancy in the pants size or the size measured around the hip bones versus the total circumference measured around the belly button and you can't pinch a lot up, like its hard but just stuck out - that's a sign of a lot of visceral fat.

The way you're explaining yours, if a person could budget for it, I would be doing Napalm Xtreme and Lipoderm Xtreme and using Napalm on the stomach and Lipoderm on the love handles - if what I'm picturing is correct. But if you're a 31 in the sense of around you belly button, and all the fat is on love handles, then Lipoderm Xtreme for that.

I hope that makes sense.

This is a huge help. When I said 31” it’s just a guess. I wear size 32” pants but they are now loose.

I can definitely pinch some fat around my midsection. I’ll think about getting both.

I just finished up a 2 month Formestane Cycle with FL7. Now I’m using Cloma-Plex and Alpha One. I’m leaner than I’ve been in the last 15 years.
