When you donate blood, you will lower hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cells, and your iron stores.
Generally as long as your cycle isn’t too long most people can get away without needing to donate - blood thickness will come back down in months following the blast spent in PCT or at TRT levels.
But personal response, and compound dose & choice can make the blood get dangerously thick too fast sometimes. EQ & Anadrol especially thicken blood, and large doses of Primo and Test can as well. Bloodwork will tell you, get a CBC.
You can also check Ferritin levels, if these are high it’s ideal to donate because the high iron it represents means blood will be thickening faster. If it’s already low, donating will lower it to crashed levels and you will have no energy & feel like crap.
Thick blood can put you at risk for clots & strokes, as well as having high BP that can damage kidneys. If it’s not too thick, and iron isn’t sufficient, donating will make you week & lethargic.
Get bloodwork. If it’s very thick, donate. If it’s just barely high, leave it alone. Donating makes the body increase blood production further, so don’t do it unless you need to.
Don’t tell them you use AAS. You will be banned from ever donating. The blood is good for people in medical need & will not virilize women or children, as the androgens circulating in a single pint are truly trivial.
