Q for some supplements

If you have any experience with the following supplements: L-theanine, inositol and Gaba.

Heard for all of them that can help with reducing the anxiety, ergo keeping one calm and to just chill and enjoy life in peace.

Given i have crap genes with anxxiety and stress too since have issues in my life and anxiety and stress affect just my appetite (which is already naturally low) and not the sex drive and cucking myself just lowers my appetite and just hate it, its awful esp since i am not rly fond of eating either(ofc its not beta to eat but i just dont like eating but sadly i am tall guy).

Is there any scientific evidence that they would help me with that? Since i wasted $$ on supps who lowered libido for some males but sadly i did not had that forturne (such as, ashwagandha, magnesium, curcuma extract, 5-HTP., melatonin, saw palmetto, st john worth ...)
 
I would check out two products from SNS: Stress & Anxiety Support and Mood Support XT. I always have one or the other in the mix to keep my head somewhat in order

Can also recommend NAC 1200-1800mg / day. I need to cycle this and stuff with ashwaganda or else I slide into anhedonia

NAC kills any ruminating thought for me. 0 anxiety, just living in the moment
 
Both Sns stress and anxiety and mood support are great options. The KSM-66 and kannaease are also great options. Stacking ksm with the stress and anxiety has greatly improved my anxiety levels

I think that all 3 of those have their place as part of formulas, but are best used with other ingredients for maximum results because other ingredients can help with the effectiveness of them.

I'm sorry to hear that you struggle with stress and anxiety. I do myself as well, and feel bad for anyone that does.

Wow NAC sounds perfect, after how many days of us u saw the benefit of having peace and relaxing and chilling and like if i take it in the working would it keep me calm during the whole day? Since for instance i`ve read from men who said how taking L-theanine kept them calm during the whole day, no anxiety no horniness nothing just relaxing effect and enjoying life.

Not sure but within the first week. Been a while. If I'm not mistaken I already felt it fully working in the first 3 days

I dosed 600mg roughly every 6 hours so not sure about taking one dose in the morning for the whole day. NAC has a half-life of 5-6h. But maybe someone else can share their experience with this

Will agree with this protocol. I've used Stress & Anxiety Support multiple times with success. Really helps when having a stressful time at work + kids :ROFLMAO:
