Legit. I actually use it topically.
I can't comment on if topical works, I really would like to know if it does and how much less you would get cus orally is like 98% so I'd imagine td is less. But with a molecular weight as low as clen it should absorbe really good. I just would think you would need a td carrier.
I've researched clen a few times and I actually have come to realize * can't handle clen very well any more. * had to cross it off his list. Sucks cus * respond well for fat loss.![]()

With clen I get muscle cramps and there pretty bad, I have issues with muscle cramps in general but clen makes it x10 for me. Can't train if I'm cramping up all the time. If I keep the dose at 20mcg/day I don't cramp bad but 20mcg doesn't do a ton either.
This doesn't seem to be a big issue for most ppl, but for me, I respond poorly in that aspect
Years ago I was young and stupid and made the mistake of taking too much clen on leg day. I cramped up on the leg press and had to scream for help.
