just started today goes on well, not greasy and smells good. My only concern is 2 pumps normal a small amount seems like I need maybe 3-4 to cover my abs and sides , I can’t over do it per say

Hmmm I find 1pump each half of my gut/love handles is plenty, if I did 2 each side itd be too much product at once.

I dunno if Id call it a small amount per se. Im just going by what coverage I do get from that 1 pump. For me, 2 pumps is plenty to cover gut area and around to love handles.

Xtreme Performance Gels utilizes the Avant Labs carrier, which allows XPG to achieve a high concentration of active ingredients per ml. A lot of people love that bc there's very little gel/liquid to apply.

XPG uses the same airless dispenser for all of the products.

100 ml = 100 servings
1 pump = 1 ml

Over the years, one of the biggest complaints against some topical brands has been how much liquid had to be applied and some of them being sticky and making people feel like their skin was wrapped in saran wrap type of feeling.

The XPG products go on easily and absorb and dry quickly, so a lot of people really like that about them.
