Best joint supplement for daily aches

Hi guys

Haven’t taken any joint supplements in years but I’m on the look out for what is considered the best right now.

I’m mid 30s and had a sporting lifestyle since around 10yo, and really starting to feel it now.

What’s the best supplement right now to help me negate the daily aches and pains?

I’m sure a few of you know the feeling when you get out of bed on a morning and think f**k, what on earth happened when I was asleep 😂.

If you don’t have an addictive personality Kratom works wonders for me but I never move my dose and take a few days off every now and then

Kidney Assist XT. I can attest to the benefits here as my joints are nearly always bothering me.
The legitimate dose of Curcumin is definitely a big driver from that, and Kidney Assist XT is now how I get my daily dose as well after using various joint support products with it over the years. With Kidney Assist, I’m also getting awesome stuff like Pine Bark and Grape Seed that are ideal antioxidants, lower bp, lower aromatization (grape seed) & blood clots (pine bark), enhance bloodflow, increase heart function even (pine bark). All of which support healthy kidney function/longevity of course.

If you specifically only want joint support & have no interest in a bigger global health support, CEL Joint Edge is going to be a top performer. Curcumin, Boswelia, Hyaluronic Acid, Egg Shell all on board.

The combo of SNS Joint Support XT and SNS Cissus XT had my joints feeling like butter. This gets pricey though. I continue with Joint Support XT daily.

Joint Support XT or Joint Edge for joint health and pain.

Pepti-Plex is great for muscle health and muscle aches and pains. I have an autoimmune condition that causes muscle aches and weakness and its been fantastic for that.

PEA Relief is great for helping with systemic inflammation; so is Theracurmin XT.

Yeah I should add I have also been using PEA Relief twice per day and that’s been great to me. Been using it to help come back from nerve issues in my low back (which have gone away along with time, rehab work, thoughtful programming, knock on wood).

Transdermal curcumin = best thing ever for joint pain. Bonus points for being able to apply it directly to problem areas.

XPG Curcuprime Gel is my normal go-to, but Iconic Formulations has Neuro Curcumin for 9.99 during the beta release right now, great price to give it a try.

Makes me want to open my pepti plex and stack it with my joint support xt. Both in stock at strong for anyone interested

For the problem, try a hydrolyzed collagen supplement. For the pain, try CBD+THC gummies.

look to APEX for 3 stellar offers in this category. Helios, Relax and Phytocain. All are great to relieve aches and pains.

Our Neuro Curcumin beta release has been getting great reviews.

This price won't last long - just waiting on labels to make the production version.

Thanks for all the replies. Do any of the above help to rebuild or are the general joint supps now just about pain management and lubrication?

Eggshell membrane can. I also believe cissus can too, but both work different. Cissus + Joint Edge would be perfect. I currently use Cissus XT @ 6 caps daily and 1 cap Eggshell membrane. I keep forgetting to get Joint Edge. For about $5 more a bottle you get more than just eggshell membrane. It's a very good deal for those ingredients.

Competitive Edge Labs Joint Edge - This is a staple for my mom, she has been able to not have to use over the counter pain meds all the time like before, as it helped dim the pain enough from arthritis, and a spinal stenosis and another + she could sleep throughout the night, instead of the broken sleep because of pain even when taking over the counter pain meds which were effecting her life and liver. She has also noticed being more spry and energetic as well, so she has been able to exercise and work on building bone density and muscle. It is a marked difference to see how different and healthier she is from before. I took this myself and it has really good anti-inflammatory effects and in terms of the joints I felt more greased up and free throughout my body, if that makes sense. I don't have much joint pain even with a torn lateral meniscus as it has been healing up. I think this has had an effect on helping that as well.

What’s a big dose/ what do you do?

3g+ seems to have a noticeable effect.

Lately I’ve been using up some old Morphogen Orthogen stock, which is a discontinued product. This was a very good product that came in an inconvenient powder that tastes so bad, I don’t even bother mixing it anymore - I dry scoop it with a mouthful of water & chase with more.

Orthogen had a gram or so, and I will add 3 caps of SNS Cissus caps for another 2.4g on top of it on the days I feel I need some extra support/have more inflammation.

I got my mother to try SNS Theracurmin XT finally after she’d had some subpar experiences with Amazon junk brands of curcumin. She was blown away by the difference it made & able to stop taking Acetaminophen for her shoulder pain when trying to sleep by replacing it with Theracurmin.

That is some endorsement! I might have to swap my Joint Support XT for Joint Edge to see if I notice a difference.

Just bought two bottles. Does this have to be applied directly to the area of discomfort or can it be best applied to traps and shoulders and just works for overall body Inflammation
This stuff is great; love how it dries. But like all transdermal tetrahydrocurcumin products, local application definitely yields the best effects!

You should get systemic benefits applying it pretty much anywhere, but you'll also get localized results if you've got specific areas that need it. Like for me, my ankles are beat to ****, so it's a godsend being able to apply it right on them.

I'm very happy to read this.

I use DoubleWoods Glucosomin&Chondroitin, Force factor Hyaluronic acid and DrsBest MSM. Also take Nerve restore by EvoMuse, by far the best supplement if you have any nerves issues related to elbow lower back or shoulders etc …. I usually run nerve restore 2 bottles then a break til my body acts up again then get two more bottles. I’m currently on my 5th &6th bottle right now. Stuff is amazing… Honestly I feel great. I have alot of issues from years of lifting with joints and aches and soreness & nerve issues ..
The nerve restore is interesting to hear about. I’ve had 2 microdiscectomies so that could help me when my back plays up. It tends to be after a round of golf or heavy shoulder session or leg session

Another thing to research for helping rebuild tendon, cartilage and overall joint help - Pentosan Polysulfate.

They are currently putting it through trials for approval as treatment for U.S and Canada. Of course there are already certain places and guinea pigs doing the treatment already with great success.

Has anyone had experience with TB500 for systemic joint improvement?
BPC is the better candidate for joints/connective tissue recovery, while TB500 is superior for muscular damage.

I have been on 250mcg BPC & 2iu GH daily the last 2 weeks (had something tear partially in my knee during a heavy squat). I can tell you that my overall joint inflammation has not been bad at all, definitely no other issues noted in this time & feeling good (knee is doing much better), but I don’t think I would ever consider staying on BPC or TB500, the way they drive blood production and such.

Use them to periodically when things start to break or you get hurt, but I would change my training or activities before I would think about staying on them. Their mechanisms of action are to aid repair, but they can’t fix what isn’t actively trying to heal. Said another way, don’t work preventatively.

I did a month it bpc 157 and tb500 with cissus and tumeric. Did wonders for my joints to be honest. Nothing for the knee but definitely helped with my shoulder tendonosis.

Does anyone still use cissus for joint issues?

Cissus XT is great for tendons, ligaments, and joints.

Most people would select Cissus XT is going more for tendon and ligament health; they would choose something like Joint Support XT or Joint Edge if joints is the primary focus.

Yeah I need to try joint edge as JS xt bothers my stomach. Hoping it's the glucosamine in xt....

Thanks for the reply. I’ve used BPC for localised joint issues previously with good results but I guess I’m currently experiencing overall body and joint issues in my old age 😂

Something like XPG Pregnenolone might be worth looking into. Preg will lube the joints some, make you hold a bit more water. It also mediates collagen synthesis via the progesterone receptor, so another way to help aid connective tissue recovery, if you tolerate it well.

Just another idea, but definitely one I’d consider for more routine use before looking at peptides.

A vote here for cissus…Voltaren…high dosage advil for a couple days…

The real answer…Rest…Figure out what’s causing the issue…Stretching, mobility.

Heavy lifting will catch up with you. It has for me.

Cupping is also fantastic !

Agreed here. Joyful Joints is another good one to check out

I opted for joint edge and have been taking it about a week/10 days. I can absolutely tell a difference on this product already.
Feel less pain and more comfortable in general on a daily basis!

Right now I’m taking 3 things and feel great

*Doubles Woods Glucosomine & Chondrotin
*Doctors Best MSM
Bought two bottles of each gives me a 4month supply. Prices were great very affordable and the stuff works.

evomuse Nerve restore
Bought two bottles take 2 a day for a 4 months supply. Nerve restore is a little pricey but worth it.
