Mild prostate issues?

So last year i ran a cycle. 400 Test/ 400 Primo / 25 Var.

After 10 weeks i came off the Var and Primo and continued Test at 350-400.

I started noticing that I was dribbling at the end of urinating, and having trouble fully emptying my bladder. That went on for awhile. Eventually came down to 10mgs every day of test and stayed on that, blasted 280mgs a few months ago, and now I’m on 250mgs test going to up it every 4 weeks and add in Primo and TBol at the end. Anyways, my dribble problem has cleared up a lot from where it was when I was first experiencing it, but it’s never fully went back to normal, or atleast how I remember “normal”

I believe it was a high estrogen spike after stopping the primo and var the first time. But it curious if anyone else had anything similar?

I never have to pee in the middle of the night like ever. No frequent or urgent urine issues either. No trouble starting, just maybe a weaker than normal stream 30% of the time and I usually have to take an extra few seconds to finish peeing. I will be 30 in 2 weeks so maybe I’m just getting older but I’ve had labs done since and everything was good. I was a pussy and left the PSA off cause it didn’t want to see it.

I get this when I’m dehydrated even a little bit. Hard to explain but increasing both electrolytes and water helped it almost 100%. I’m not even sure if it’s truly prostate related because that’s the only symptom I have and my PSA comes back perfectly fine as well.

Api-Plex is very good for prostate health among a lot of other things.

Here is a link to the Api-Plex thread. There is some really good discussion on prostate feedback on page 5 - and from some people that didn't even know it could help with prostate.

I have become addicted to caffeine - I just love the rush 😂 coffee and energy drinks daily. I’ll try to get some electrolytes in me and drink more water!

You're very welcome.

It's a great product and has a lot of overall health benefits.

Within the next 2 months, we will be launching a Prostate Support XT product that will be extremely comprehensive as well.

That sounds excellent! Where would I go to purchase?

generally speaking with age your flow rate during urination will go down as well as how much urine is left in your bladder after your urinate will increase. most of the time the change occurs so slowly that most men will not notice this until they are in their late 40's at the earliest. some old guys come in with such chronic urinary retention that it will throw them into kidney failure, you put in a catheter and get around 3 liters in some cases, usually a quick fix for post renal failure .sometimes kidney stones can give the sensation of incomplete bladder emptying but usually come with pain in the back,, flank and ,groin and/or blood in the urine, sometimes a bladder stone can cause this but that is less likely in younger healthy guys. usually you dont see the people coming in to get their bladder stones lasered until they are in their 60's. like someone said before me caffeine and stimulants can make urinary symptoms more noticeable for those with pre existing conditions . the question is are theses compounds directly causing lower urinary tract symptoms via inflammation or prostatitis , or is the fluid shifts/glycogen accumulation in the pelvic floor region and surrounding area causing this? high dose versus low dose cycle? wet vs dry compounds? there is not much information on this out there.

Good Information!

Yea I think I am slightly dehydrated tbh, and its usually the worst when I’m getting up at 3:30am to drive an hour to the airport, get there two hrs early, then take a 4 hour flight. Drinking less water during the period of 7 hours. Plus, on the dry western climate

When I cut down my caffeine intake, my joint pain greatly reduced (probably from increased sleep quality).
