  • For Time
  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Pull-Ups
  • 200 Push-Ups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • 1 mile Run
  • Wear a Weight Vest (20/14 lb)
  • Partition the Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Air Squats as needed

CrossFit often runs Murph as the standard wod at every box everywhere on memorial day. it's in honor of Navy Seal Lt Michael Murphy who died in combat 2005.


I never did Murph even when I owned my own xfit box, the abuse on the body from that WOD is pretty solid.
