Clen, T3, LGD, Epiandro cut critique

Hey guys, finally got around to going this forum.
I’m 33, current weight is 195lbs standing 5’9” on a good day but closer to 5’8”. I had a catastrophic injury that had me balloon up to 242lbs and derailed a bunch of lifting. I’m no stranger to anabolics, I was on TRT a few years back but with the fat I had, estrogen issues were a pain in the ass. I have since gotten on enclomiphene (12.5 mgs ed), injury is healed and I have been grinding again. I have managed to lose this weight since January and I’m very happy with my results so far but I’m stagnating pretty hard right now. Can you guys check this and offer any sort of critiques/suggestions? I am experienced with all compounds involved besides LGD and T3.

Clen: 40mgs/ed for a week, 80mgs/ed for a week, 120 mgs/ed for a week.
T3: 50mcg ED for the 3 weeks.

I will be running LGD and epiandro primarily to prevent catabolism from the T3.

LGD and epiandro will be started two weeks prior to the weight loss compounds, will be run for two weeks after, and will be run 8mgs LGD and 450mgs epiandro a day.

Guess besides critiques, is 8mg ed of LGD and 450mgs epiandro enough to negate most of the catabolic nature of T3?

Diet is 1800ish calories (plus or minus 100) some days a little less sometimes a little more but that’s my average and 200-250g of protein. Maintenance calories are 2800 according to online calculators and pretty on par with two different fitness watches.

I also plan on sipping BCAAs throughout the day.
 
8mg of Lgd is nothin. I use 40-50mg. Sarms are on par mg vs mg with anavar or tbol or winni. At least in the 50mg or less doses. 8mg of lgd I wouldn't expect anything unless your a super responder to anabolics. Also. Anabolics typically work worse at higher bf%.

typically I diet people on nothing until there abs start to become visible, if the person uses gear then this is when I would introduce the gear, about 15% bf and abs starting to poke out. Once they hit a sticking point il say bring in the burners. And heres why.

Losing fat is very easy till you hit about 15-18% and thats were it barely starts to get hard. But if someone needs gear and clean and t3 to get slightly visible abs then the seccond they come off they gain it back.

If you could care less🤷‍♂️ I'd suggest 15mg of lgd as bare minimum and 600 epi andro as minimum
 
Also, your 240lbs, 1800 calories is a starvation diet. So your starting your diet on t3, clen, anabolics and a starvation diet. Once you hit 220 what are you gonna do, how bout when you hit 200?

You have no room to make any adjustments because you're starting with the kitchen , now the doses you are using are very low but it doesn't change the fact that you're using up all your tools right out the gate. And the only reason I'm bringing any of this up is because this is the path that I see most people go down when they're not successful.

My abs are starting to show now. Just got some fat on the lower two (it is going away) and a bit of hard to get at (for me) over the kidney area. 185 is normally where my abs are pretty decently visible all around. I know I shouldn’t rush things but figured the t3 and clen would hit the problem areas as it clen has in the past but wanting to give t3 a little test drive hence the 50mcg.

LGD is low I know but I was trying to think of not building anything and more at saving myself from catabolism. Epiandro I normally run at 800 but again I’m seeing this as just a preventative to muscle loss.

With that in mind, would you still recommend the higher doses? I don’t really want to buy more LGD because in general I dislike Sarms (just happened to have it lying around) but I can bump the epiandro up substantially if in your opinion it would help.

No I was 240 in January. I got down to 195 as of today and my current calories are 1800
 
And now everything makes complete sense. I still think the lgd and epiandro doses are a bit low but you can always adjust as needed

Thanks. I finally got back to working out and moving in January which helped a lot and since then I have been refining my diet every week or two depending on how the weight was dropping off. My diet is actually extremely clean right now

8mg of lgd will do more then 0mg so **** it🤷‍♂️ go for it
I could run it at 12mgs for 30 days. I got a bottle of the old vicious labs one with 4mg caps . Might be better than 8 for 45 days? Epiandro I can bump up if needed but my only concern is muscle loss from the t3 and my thought process is that since 50mcg is low and I’m not ramping up, the two anabolic together will be enough. But never did t3 so no idea how bad it will be or maybe non existent.
