Prime XT is getting lots of attention and for good reason based on reports. Something I look forward to at some point.
I recently added 6 caps of Urolithin B in and wow the strength gains. Sticking with this and trt for the next year. I'll add in Senactiv once available for extra longevity.
If you use AI, you get pretty detailed info on Urolithin B. Crazy amount of benefits besides skeletal muscle hypertrophy; which is super appealing. IMO it has longevity benefits; which has become much more important to me.

Hmm....I'm gonna have to give this a try. I've enjoyed Urolithin XT at the standard labeled dose, but haven't gone over that. I've had great results increasing the dose of Epi-Plex and Anacyclus XT, so this will be next on my listFully agree on the increased dose...3 is superior to 1. Haven't tried 6 yet.
The increased strength comes on right away...same day for me. I was not expecting it based on the likely mechanism. I've never experienced anything quite like it...nothing like a stim / pre-workout, just out of nowhere stronger. Strange, but great. It took a few times of being on and off it for me to believe it was related and possibly real. This thread is making me think I am not alone.

Yeah man, I spoke to Steve ahead when doing research and heard some guys were doing that. Just made sense to go there and wow just one week, big jump in strength. I'll prob keep some track and post an update a few months from now. I see great potential here.

Skeletal hypertrophy is what really appealed to me and why I want to run it a long time.
I later asked AI about the benefits. Wow is it full of good info. Lots of longevity benefits. So a health supplement that just happens to be great for bodybuilding. Win win.
Strength gains are nice. Pec fly went from 145 to 190 and I'll be able to push more next week.
Being a pomegranate extract it is nice for pumps.

Like as far as anecdotal or like the actual science? The way this works is pretty cool and the first post does lay out the pathways pretty well. As for how individuals dosing will notice that is always going to be less exact, I tend to notice better pumps, harder/denser feeling, and better recovery that lends to improved performance over time.

I think for the muscle building aspects, the real world results seem to exceed the science.
I can say that from my perspective, the feedback on muscle building and strength has been better than I expected it to be. I expected it to be good, but its been great.
In my experience, after a couple weeks I started to see a boost in strength/adding more reps to stuff. Pumps very, very noticeable. Although I'll say it's sort of a different pump feel than just full of blood or carb pump... muscles just feel dense, best way I can describe it.
It's a bulker the way I use it. 6 caps a day. 4-5 clean meals a day, 1-2 pints of ice cream. I wake up leaner and bigger each day.
It feels like a secret. I know it isn't btw, but that is how special it is for me.

That's the only way I use it.
Uro-B you would take daily and be able to put on size. Amento may help strength during the workout. But if putting on size is the goal, Uro-B is pretty impressive for that purpose.
Every time I've taken Uro-B I've already been on some form of Amento haha... 1st time was using SNS caps, currently getting some from Alpha Gel, so can't really compare the two.
I'm the same as @baldwanus said above - I really like Amentoflavone and am almost always using it in something, so I can't really compare the two.
They work via different mechanisms and make a great stack for both bodybuilding and general health purposes.
For me:
Amento: Acute strength, pumps, and endurance, mood, energy, fat loss boost
Uro-B: Muscle fullness, increased rate of progress in strength and muscle gain, muscle retention in deficit

There's really no wrong way to do it imo as long as you take it daily.
Is there any additional benefits from taking it with a meal, maybe some nutrient partitioning or GDA type properties?
My pre-workout meal is 9pm(ish).
My pre-workout stack & coffee is 12am(ish)
Then I train from around 12:30am.
That would be fine if that's how you wanted to do it.
I train around 10pm and my normal timing was 1 in the morning and 1 with my pre-workout stack. But I personally try to space my dosages out on a lot of things 8 to 12 hours apart, that's just me.
I have never noticed GDA properties with Urolithin-B XT myself, but I use GlycoPhase and its so good that I wouldn't really expect to notice it if Urolithin-B XT did have any. Some others may can give you more feedback on that than me.

Glycophase has been a daily staple of mine for years.
Anything natty anabolic wise (Prime-XT, Anabolic-XT, Anabolic Effect etc) I usually space as close to 12 hours apart as possible...But by the sounds of it, Urolithin-B probably falls into the natty anabolic catagory?

Increased pump in the gym, feeling noticeably fuller throughout the day, and strength seems to be trending upwards over this past week. Certainly no complaints from me so far haha.
