Red flushing of skin on TRT

I’ve noticed red flushing on my upper chest. I am not sure if this is related to the testosterone or not. Has anyone experienced this or know what this could be? TIA.

Is it a rash or does the redness come up when the skin is scratched? I've noticed over the last year or so when my skin is even lightly scratched (like when my dog jumps on me) it whelps up much worse than normal. After some google research its called "skin writing" or Dermatographia. I assumed it was stress related but never thought about the TRT maybe an issue.

I’m just curious if I should be concerned or not. It’s not a rash. Just like a red flush like look. Kind of as if you took niacin.

I’ve been on for a year now.
I always get "redder" while on the sauce. In the same areas too. Chest through neck specifically.
I cycle so I can't compare it to your experience on TRT. That's why I asked how long you have been on TRT. If you haven't recently upped your dose and this is a new observation, then I would not attribute it to higher RBC/Hgb/Hct which will all give a redder appearance. If you have been experiencing this after your first few weeks on TRT and it continued, then I would say its normal for the aforementioned reasons.
That's my take.

My blood count is all in normal range. I notice it’s more after I eat too. I wonder if it’s a stress response… My testosterone came back in range at 800 so nothing crazy.

I've dealt with this **** for years with no luck. I always feel hot and my face is beat red. I've tried a lof of different things with no luck. Thinking about laser skin treatments down the line to get rid of some blood vessels. I'm somewhat red without the test but on it it's much worse.

lol I don’t mind the redness as long as it’s not a warning sign of something bad to come. That’s what brought me here to see if anyone has had the same experiences

I had this issue years back with cypionate, and found out I was allergic to cottonseed oil (the carrier). Switched to enanthate, never a problem since I'm not allergic to sesame oil.

also if it was the Carrie oil, the injection site would be the worst, not a random spot like the upper chest.

OP you said you been on trt 1 year, when did the redness start and also what else changed around that time. From medication to diet or even Any stressful life events?

Is it always red or does it happen after a shot, does shot location matter

It’s not an allergic reaction skin like reaction. It’s more like a niacin like flush if you know what I mean. It’s DEFINITELY not post injection reaction either. I made the post to see if anyone has had more flushing in neck and chest from anabolic steroid use and if so was it concerning or not. Like could this be heart related? I did have slight LVH 6 months ago on my ekg and ultrasound.
