Dosing suggestions for Lean Edge, Reduce XT and GlucoVantage XT

I need some suggestions on how to stack Lean Edge, Reduce XT, and GlucoVantage XT. I work out fasted around 5:00 am CST and don't have my first meal until around 10:00 am. I usually eat 3 meals a day. I'm in bed by 7:30 pm and sleep by 8:00.
What I'm thinking is, 1 cap Reduct XT upon waking, 1 mid-day, and 1 before bed. The first dose of Lean Edge before the first meal and the 2nd dose before the second meal. I was also wondering if it's okay to take GlucoVantage XT with the Lean Edge? And if anyone ever doses Lean Edge before training or cardio? @sns8778

I imagine lean edge before cardio would be just fine and beneficial. I also don't see why it would be a problem dosing gluco vantage with lean edge. Not to sound rude or anything as that is never my intention to anyone, but I have found that using Steve's supps exactly as outlined on the tin always yields the intended results. That isn't to say that there isn't more than one way to skin a cat.

Steve will definitely give you the best advice.

I have not used Lean Edge before so I cannot comment on dosage timing. Your timing for Reduce XT seems ideal. I recommend GlucoVantage XT 20-30 min b4 any carb containing meal. The only carb meal I do not consume GlucoVantage XT and or GlycoPhase is my post workout meal. To @Jeremy1 ’s point, Steve lays it out pretty well for dosage efficacy on all his products.

Thanks for that and I didn't find anything in your comments nowhere near rude. I think I'm more concerned about combining the GlucoAdvantage XT with the Lean Edge. I'm always making a fuss about possible interference, pathways, and potential side-effects. I know Steve stacks them together, but I haven't seen exactly how he stacks the GlucoAdvantage with the Lean Edge.

Would you still take the GlucoVantage XT with a really low-carb meal? Say like 20-30 grams of carbs.

An argument could be made that 1 cap of GluccoVantage a day could be used as just a 'general health' supplement, even if you've got a lower carb intake.

I've seen a few others mention that they're now using it as a staple. I Might start doing that myself. I'm a huge fan of Berberine and cinnamon.

Replying from phone so apologize if more brief of a reply than normal.

Reduce XT - agree.

Yes, you can definitely take GlucoVantage XT at same time as Lean Edge.

I normally take a dose of Lean Edge before training myself.
