New dad stack

New dad incoming. 30 years old. I'm around 12% BF, workout 4-5 times a week, and have a 90% clean diet.

Lifes about to get crazy. I anticipate a couple of weeks mostly off from workouts. Then after that maybe 3 days a week with worse sleep and probably a worse diet.

What would you recommend supplement wise to stay on top of everything. MTest is already a staple. I'm considering something like a sleep support if it can make less hours feel like more. Maybe cortisol support? But looking for advice.

Hopefully after a few months we can find the new rhythm and get dialed back in with a bigger stack. Right now I'm enjoying Anabolic Effect which will take me pretty close to the baby coming.

Congratulations!!

I've been enjoying Mood Support XT and Sleep Support XT by SNS.

And/or a bAET product morning and night to help stress and sleep.

Congratulations.

Sleep Support XT is a great option to help you get the best sleep quality out of the time to sleep that you do have.
Growth Factor XT works great for that also, and stacks well with M-Test.

Mood Support XT would be a great option for helping handle the stress and chaos.

For cortisol control, I would say Reduce XT because its great for cortisol and also great for helping with mood and stress.
Another option for cortisol is a b-AET product like Suppress-C, but I would suggest going with Reduce XT in your case because of the additional mood and stress help, and also because a capsule is better and safer when handling a newborn. I would worry about topical products in a situation like that.

Thanks for those recommendations. That's kind of what I was looking for. Of Sleep Support or Growth Factor what would be the biggest difference. I wouldn't necessarily be looking for a big performance boost, more just quality sleep and waking up feeling ready to go. I'll also look into the other things as well and good thought to avoid the topicals.

b-AET. Supress-C would be my go to for that. Improved mood, better/deeper sleep is one of the big things I notice when using it. Haven't tried it yet, but Sleep Support XT looks pretty awesome.

Congratulations! I just got rid of one for at least 4 years hopefully lol! Shes a nightmare but I'd be lieing if I said I'm not already worried. These kids are not ready for life on there own like I was.

Something for energy, mental health or cognitive function and maybe stress management would all be helpful assuming your not looking for the new dad lean gains bulking cut recomp stack. That ones out of stock

Sleep Support XT and Growth Factor XT are both great products and both will help with improved sleep quality and waking up feeling refreshed.

Growth Factor XT will have more of a gh increasing benefit so it will help with body-composition more, and a lot of people notice improved libido on it, but that part I doubt will be relevant during this time period for you.

Sleep Support XT will be a little stronger for sleep and help more with relaxation and winding down at night.

It’s a girl. I’ll be grabbing the extreme bulk recomp intimidation stack soon enough…

Thanks. I like the idea of GF XT in the long run but after looking I’ll probably start with Sleep Support as needed.

mTest
Reduce XT
Sleep support

I plan on not necessarily taking time off but doing everything I can to support my wife for a couple of weeks so she probably wouldn’t love if I took off for the gym. So I’ll probably just do a short at home workout. Then in a few weeks hopefully I can hop back on some more fun things.

I think that will be a great stack for you.

Something else interesting about Sleep Support XT is that when used daily, some of the ingredients also have clinical studies on them for mood and stress support too.

Agreed with this list here! Can't go wrong with these. We also carry Sleep Support Xt at Strong Supplement Shop now

@sns8778 how is sleep support if constantly & abruptly woken up through the night? As I have twin girls on the way, I know my sleep is going to be bad, so aid would be great. But is this going to leave a groggy feeling at all, or harder to go back to sleep if suddenly woken up?

No. That's 2 things that I like about it - being able to go back to sleep easily, and waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to actually get up.

Awesome to here! Will be picking up a few bottles of this on my next order!
