Is IGF-LR3 most effective 30 mins before or after workout?

Wondering if anyone has experience and or a preference administering IGF-LR3 post workout vs pre. Obviously the pumps would be better pre but I have found some anecdotal evidence that the hyperplasia, growth and localized (vs systemic) effect might be more optimal when pinned post workout. Whats your opinion?
I have been using 50 (half/half) into the (lagging) muscle trained within 5-30 mins post workout 5 days a week for 4 week "cycles". Seeing pretty good growth with that but wondering if I should experiment with pre workout next.
Any input is appreciated!
 
Thanks for the clarification. I was aware the LR3 was long acting version of IGF but didnt know about IGF DES. Do you prefer the DES before or after workout?
After, but honestly I dont know how much of a difference there is, many times il use it before and after. Last month I was experimenting with using the igf's like insulin and taking the long acting in the morning daily and the des with all my higher carb meals. Gained like 8lbs in 8 days lol. No change in total calories. Basically I think I just filled out all my glycogen stores until I spilled over. It was more like 5lbs in 3 days and then the other 3lbs was 5 days. Around that 5lb mark is when I looked pumped like I just trained 24/7

After day 8 I stopped. went back to the same calories but evenly spread out with no igf and I lost like 6 lbs in a week.

I'm gonna stock up and try it again on cycle in little 5 day spurts
