Anyone supplement saw palmetto

So got off fin because me and the wife are trying for our second kid. So was think of taking saw palmetto. Heard there can be nasty sides though. Also fin made my skin look great and chiseled for some reason. Been off it for a week and face is back to being slightly puffy. Anything I can take for that too

Saw Palmetto is one of the most commonly used herbs in the world.

You read some things online now about people being paranoid about it and its most commonly the same people that are terrified of finasteride that are scared of Saw Palmetto.

I've worked in this industry on one side or the other for almost 30 years and worked on the raw material side for over 20, and I before the finasteride paranoia that spilled over to Saw Palmetto, I had never heard of a single issue with Saw Palmetto. Literally never one single person that had an issue with it.

I'm not saying that there aren't people that do, but its less than 1% and if you didn't have any side effects with finasteride, then I think you have zero to worry about with Saw Palmetto.

I've used it almost daily since I've turned 40 and I'm 46 now.

I used it daily for Years.
Never a side effect.
.... But I wouldn't personally ever try Fin, because I've talked with a handful of guys who had bad, or BAD sides from it.

I've never had an issue with saw palmetto. But I've also never had an issue with finasteride either.

Agreed. I've used it almost daily for probably 6 years and on and off for a lot longer than that and never had any issues with it.

I'm the same as you, I would be scared to try Fin myself. I think that most people won't have side effects from it, but the ones that do, it seems so bad that I would be hesitant to ever try it. So if I wasn't worried about Fin, I definitely wouldn't worry about Saw Palmetto.

It has a ton of studies on it showing that it is very good for prostate health, especially if you use the correct extract.

In this case, I believe the OP is asking about it for possible anti-DHT benefits since that's why most people would be using finasteride and he's coming off of that, so I believe he's looking for something natural to use for that purpose.

It could. That would be a normal reason that some people may take it for.

Apigenin is also great for that. We've had several people comment about that in relation to Api-Plex that they've seen big improvements with that with Api-Plex.
