What should I add only looking for 1 supplement non hormonal. I want to break this into two cycles. How would you split this stack and what 1 thing would you add?Invalid Link Removed

What kind of goals did you have in mind? Fat loss, muscle gain, etc.
 
What is your goal?
Not bulking.

Looking to maintain size and strength as best as possible while cutting. So far I’m doing great. But I wanna see what people think the best stack would be with what I have. I like to run 3 things at a time.

Muscle / strength /cutting / strength
 
Cortisol blocker such as reduce xt, aet 50, or iron legion would aid it fat loss and muscle retention. Ursolic acid by apex or sns would be a solid choice also for recomp.
 
Nitric oxide/non stim pump and/or tadalafil.

Nothing like that full, vascular pumped look and feeling. There’s a lot of good options that aren’t that expensive…We have quite a few recent threads on non stim pump pre workouts.
 
Can’t vouch for it yet, but personally really
considering this….It’s a higher dosage, less expensive and more benefits than Mediator PA…(as far as I know)

I take it every morning with my oats

I have 25 pills of cialis at 20 mgs a piece
 
My answer to anything is always Anabolic XT. It is stellar for a cut and most likely just as good if not better due to the increase in hunger (at least it made me more hungry) for a bulk. It is a superb product. However, I have been taking Muscleplex and am really enjoying it. Taking two before workouts increases my strength quite nicely. I have 12 month supply that I am using as a base if you will, so everything will be stacked on top of it.

There's no more correlation or comparison of Lecithin granules to Mediator PA than there would be to comparing a Fairlife protein shake to a person's favorite EAA product. They both may have value, but are completely different.

It was some of the same people that claimed this that wound up being the same ones that would then turn around and say that phosphatidic acid didn't do much or anything for them - and it was because they weren't taking standardized phosphatidic acid, they were taking something with phosphatidic acid in it.

I understand why some people would glance at a label and think this, but its the same way that some glance at a protein label and think their is no difference between their protein shake and using EAA's or specific amino acids for specific reasons.

Look at quality phosphatidylserine supplements as another good example. Phosphatidylserine has some great cognitive enhancing benefits and is naturally occurring in Lecithin, but you never hear of anyone saying to take Lecithin instead of Phosphatidylserine because you will not get the cognitive enhancing benefits of Phosphatidylserine from taking Lecithin.

This would be the same as someone not taking leucine or eaa's just bc they take protein that has amino acids in it.

This is somehting I been looking at. Have you used it? Did you like it? Any good results?
I practically bathe in it. Best non hormonal cortisol blocker on the market imo. I love it at 1-2mL 2x daily, one of those after shower and the other before bed.

Yes, Anabolic XT can be taken on TRT. There has been feedback on here from a lot of people that have used it on TRT.

Some of the ingredients may help increase natural testosterone levels, but that's not the primary way the product works.
 
How do you like the Kodiak oats?? Made the muffins. They were too good. Had to keep telling myself “but they contain protien” to justify eating so many at once.

I do the same I take .75 as soon as I dry off form shower in am and then I get home from work I train eat then shower dry off and apply .75 of each again. I’m in the start of week 3 and loving the results so far.

But they are good man nt to much different than regular oats, but they have these like little pellets in it which is most likely where the protein comes from. But Very good no complaints. I make over nigh oats. I mix it all
Together in the evening then put it in the fridge til breakfast time. Serving size is like 1/2 cup 10 gms Protein. Cant go wrong.

I never made their muffins. Do they make a muffin mix ?

You probably don't need to take XI KT and Invictus simultaneously - XI is an even stronger cortisol blocker.

I cycle off Invictus for 1 out of 3 every 3 months but you'd probably be fine being on it continuously.

No I wasn’t gonna but thanks for the heads up. I’m looking to run this when I’m done with this cycle. I really like the XI. I feel good off it super tight in the mornings and I’m on trt and it’s working well with the trt

So you do 2 months on 1 month off if I’m reading that right ?

The YouTube video that raised my interest in this exact product mentioned slight strength over time and a few reps…(I will have to watch it again…I’ll link it here actually)

Any truth to that?

How long to see results? What results did you see ? And how many bottles ?

Strength gains, muscle energy, you feel like you can keep on working out now matter how hard you work. Muscles feel full all day. I ran about three bottles but some guys have ran it year round.

This dude in the image is def not natty. But I’ll def give it a watch on my breakfast break. Just remember all natural supplements may help a little bit with some ok decent gains but do t expect anything close to anabolic Ped type gains. Not even close.

Awesome man. Sounds good bro. I have read the same bout some guys running it year round. Not sure I’d do that. But yeah I’m def interested in 2-3 months in 2-3 off etc. I Lways prefer cycling my supplements
