I'm going to start tomorrow morning with 4 pumps of dermacrine before work. I'm still not sure how to use the neuro curcumin, maybe I just try 1ml on my sore right shoulder tomorrow night.

I will be training legs in the afternoon with a few push exercises mixed in, whatever my shoulder allows. If I have time I will head to my boxing gym after for 45min of cardio shadow boxing and some light bag work. Since my shoulder is jacked up il throw some kicks in to keep the heartrate up.

I'm also on a pretty good streak with the misses lately and we been pretty much daily or every other day so I'm going to keep notes on this as well. Mostly libido but a few other things may be noticeable as well.

Mood, energy, recovery, mental clarity, libido, time in between "refractory period" and whatever else I may notice.

All questions/suggestions are very welcome

Monday- July 22, 2024

I applied 4 pumps of dermacrine after a shower and 1/2 my weekly trt. 2 pumps upper body and 2 lower body.

Today is legs with some push mixed in. Followed by hiit cardio

I've been on a ppl but its....
pull + some legs
Legs + some push
Push + some pull. So it's a mix of ppl/upper lower. This way if I only get 3-4 lifting days per week everything still gets more then 1 workout.

Back from the gym, I pushed it a bit more then I should have but I often do lol.

*Farmers walks 100 yards, 2 trips
*Sissy squat 3×10
*Sumo squat 5×10 with 30 sec rest (I didnt go past 185 so it was basically like conditioning work, but I got some burnz.)
*deadlift (no negative portion, drop it and reset 135×15

Some light push for a quick pump
Low incline db fly 25's ×20×3
45° db press 50's ×20×3
Db crushers 25's ×15,12,16

Heavy bag 3 rounds
Mitts with one of the trainers for 3 rounds.

Temp in the gym was 87° 80% humidity

It twaz a sweaty workout to say the least.

Time for dinner. It's too early obviously to make any Observations but I'm feeling good.

Man 87 in the gym, that is a hot gym. I guarantee you burned some calories on that workout, especially following it up with the heavy bag and mitts work. And on the squats 5x10 with 30 sec rest, even with 185, is still good work, especially in the heat.

Tuesday july 23

Just applied 4 pumps after the shower and I wanna make a note that i feel refreshed and good despite tossing in my sleep. Basically I fell asleep on the couch and woke my girl up (on accident) getting into bed, did the dirty and I went back to the couch after she went back to bed. Idk why but sometimes I wanna watch tv when I should be sleeping. Been like that my whole life. So I only got 5 hrs over broken sleep. Maybe less, but I'm wide awake and ready to go.

No planned workout today but il probably go do cardio

Sadly when you get older the odds are worse.
Been w my wife since 98. I see the market trend.
Ya I'm like 22 years invested in her lol. Up until our early 30's the answer was yes 9 out of 10 times, now the answer is no 9 out of 10. But we go in and out of little hot streaks 😁 I'm up to like 6 or 7x in the past 2 weeks. But last night was a "I'm tired" night

(Yesterday)Day 3, 4 pumps and I put the neuro curcumin on my shoulder this morning so we can start tracking that.

I know these kinds of logs are not super involved because theres only so much to report day to day. Any ideas?

Heres last nights dinner, il try to get back on my meal presentation more.

Actually, my phone wont let me resize it small enough to post, weird

Quick update. I put the td curcumin on and honest to God it felt better in a few hours. Could be a coincidence but it wasn't placebo cus I got stupid and flat benched today

I should have got more pull in but I got side tracked.

If I can make a honest observation, my sex drive is up a good amount and my sleep is a little off, to be fair, my sleep is always kinda crappy. its just the pattern has changed. mood is good despite 3 or 4 crappy weather days which usually makes me kinda down, but I'm gtg.

How did the shoulder feel during the flat bench? I’m hoping this aids in your shoulder pain. I feel like the Tin Man some mornings.

Ok, not sore, but not 100%. But close. It could be coincidental as my shoulder issues come and go but I have plenty of reoccurring injuries that I can do some trial and error lol 😫

Plus w the type of work you do, repetitive overhead motions w the arms must not help.

I've always said that my job is the reason for my shoulder problems and not lifting. I'm sure the heavy pressing doesn't help but I work with several people who do not lift weights and they all have the same shoulder problems I do

Same…several coworkers all have tendinitis and a couple have had rotator cuff surgeries. One dude is a surfer and his Dr tried associating the shoulder issues w surfing 4 days a month for 3 maybe 4 months a year vs 25 yrs of repetitive motion working overhead.

That’s a good strong workout…. glad the shoulder didn’t bother you. I’m really interested to see how this Nuero Curcumin works for you. I deal with the same issues, shoulders and knees.

Transdermal Curcumin absolutely will make a local area hurt less, pretty quickly. Like an hour later I can notice relief; it’s good stuff.

And I’ve seen rat studies that suggest it can actually promote muscle retention in bound rats; it certainly doesn’t inhibit prostaglandin production the way ibuprofen does - it’s a different type of anti-inflammatory.

I don’t normally take my curcumin around training, BUT there is some evidence to suggest it may actually be beneficial for hypertrophy. Certainly, if you take it prior and can then train harder, you will net more gains. I would definitely consider that.

Boswellia serrata plus marine collagen works for me.
I do use a type 1+3 collagen on and off. Currently I'm just using the topical curcumin for this log. If I was to add back the other stuff I won't be able to make accurate and honest observations but I can tell after a few weeks when I reach my verdict I will probably throw the collagen, supporting minerals and micros and some bpc on top of the curcumin.

I will say if last night wasnt a fluke then it's one of the faster pain relief I've used outside of actual medications

Interested in hearing your thoughts on Dermacrine, I’ve used a few products from Iconic formulations and haven’t been disappointed yet! Also subbed.

Same here! They do not dissappoint!

Happy monday boys n girls, had a busy busy weekend and will make some updates later today. Couple things have been noted, all positive

I had a long write up of the weekend but it was turning to babbling lol.

Sex drive is up significantly, did it like 4 times this weekend and if she was willing to go more I definitely would have, even refractory time seemed reduced. Actual feeling was better then usual too but that's probably in my head cus I was a pig all weekend lol.

The curcumin product, 5 out of 5 stars. Inflammation and pain goes down significantly within like 20min of application. Zero complaints about either so far and Friday I reduced my dose of dermacrine to 3 pumps and dont notice a difference so I'm sticking with 3 if things stay like they are

That’s good news. Glad it’s treating you well. I’ve wondered how well the TD curcumin worked. I’m very interested in it now that you’re seeing quick results with the decrease in pain and inflammation.

First time using it as a td. Il be very honest, I thought it was gonna be a overhyped thing. I've heard @Hyde say quite a few times that it's great (topical curcumin) but because I dont seem to respond to pain meds and anti inflammatory medications I wrote it off, for way too long

After listening to enough stuff from Alex Kikel and Mike Arnold, both users of significant PEDs, proclaiming the merits of various supplements, I stopped looking at whether things were drugs or supplements - I just started looking at what seemed to be useful. There are a lot of things in both categories, it turns out.

I'm loving it

Couple days of high intensity boxing workouts with weights as an afterthought, basically depletion workouts and I'm feeling a little burnt out, it's also been raining a lot and that makes me tired and my ankles kill, decided to take a day off. Gonna try the curcumin on my feet and report back.

As for dermacrrine, theres not really a whole lot to report, once its doing its thing, it's just doing its thing lol. Sex drive still up, quite a bit, I guess I could make note of a little nipple sensitivity, but I have pre existing gyno from a bad trestolone cycle back in the day, sometimes I just randomly get some sensitivity so I would say its unrelated. I've also used dermacrrine many times in my late 20's and early 30's and that's not something I've experienced so 99% sure its random.

Other then me needing a recovery day, I'm feeling pretty good,

Dermacrine talk in the 2nd part.

I dont think I need to honk the td curcumin and more but yesterday it was working on my feet within like 10min and I started a timer, about 3 hours went by before they started hurting again. Now that might not seem like a HR, but on my feet. It is. If y'all dont know the background, 9 years ago I jumped off a roof into a swimming pool and on the third try I missed the swimming pool and landed barefoot on the concrete. I destroyed my left calacanis (idk if I spelled that right) but my left heel broke into 3 pieces, sprained both ankles and broke some tiny foot bones. When using the stuff on my shoulder I was pain free the remainder of the day.

Not trying to overshadow the dermacrrine as this log is about that and it's doing its thing! It would have been really beneficial to get a log from someone who's been on trt for maybe a year or so and then added dermacrrine. Or a older guy who's been on for 10+ years to reboot that dhea and pregnolone with a couple hcg shots and follow that up with dermacrine. Those guys will see a big difference. Not that I dont, I just already knew what to expect, until I noticed something, or I should say wifey noticed something. Without being too weird, bigger loads. Being on trt has never made me shoot with a empty clip, but after probably the first year I noticed it's about 1/2 to 1/3 the normal volume and it seems to be back to normal loads🤷‍♂️

Idk what else could cause it. I'm not sure how dhea and preg may or may not play a role in that. Anyone know anything about this topic lol

That TD curcumin does sound intriguing. I’ve had some nagging elbow pain for the last few months that just won’t quit. I recently placed an order with Iconic and now I’m disappointed I didn’t include that ha! The Dermacrine sounds like it’s doing its job for you. I’ve personally never tried it but I may need to throw that in my next order.

It will not fix your elbow problem if it’s damage - that will either heal or it won’t. But it will lower inflammation and pain there, substantially!

If it's not a actual injury and it's just inflammation I think it would help a bunch, but if its actually damaged/injury your still gonna need to let that heal or get it fixed.

Yeah truthfully it’s probably just overuse at this point and I should let it rest a bit more. Sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else.
I beat the **** out myself and get lots of overuse injuries, the older I get the more **** hurts for no reason. I workout a LOT, weights, boxing, grappling and some bodybuilding stuff when it fits, I'm a painter mainly but in general I work construction/labor jobs and I occasionally get tendonitis in my wrist and hand so bad I cant turn the key to my truck or lock the deadbolt on my front door. The only way it gets better is if I take a few days off. Any use at all and it lingers. My shoulders are partial tears, bone spurs and arthritis. My knees have torn meniscus and my ankles look like there made out of scar tissue lol.

Sometimes we need someone to tell us to take a break lol.

This! My addiction to lifting weights doesn't help my problems! :ROFLMAO:
