Generally speaking, I recommend running sustain alpha and either Neuro AET/Invictus or EndoAmp for PCT.
11-keto is great for a mild solo run, but it stacks really well with Ultra Hard or Alpha Four.
I would run it with Alpha Four if I wanted to recomp - the 4-dhea + androsterone is a great base and should leave you feeling amazing!
I would run with Ultra Hard if I was more focused on straight up fat loss while also wanting to supercharge libido.
