11 keto ultra 11 iconic, dosage-result question

Hey guys, i hope ure all good!
So im almost ending my first bottle of ultra 11, doing 5-6 pumps per day, but i dont notice anything atm.
Im in a deficit, training on point. im not expecting miracles obviously, 11 kt is really mild but not even some slight pump, slight better recovery, nothing? Anyone that has tried before, some experience?

Effort=results. Sarms, andros, steroids, none of them just magically work unless you fall into the 0.0001% of ppl that just super respond to everything. Now I see your saying in a deficit and training on point, that would mean scale weight is going down and your still progressing in the gym. If your in a deficit and progressing then that's your sign something is working.

Looking for increased pumps in a deficit, usually in a deficit it's harder to get a pump, in a deficit its harder to add strength, typically strength goes down a bit. Your definitely not going to experience better recovery while progressively eating less food with the things your on.i mean, they are helpful for recovery, What there's also things you're doing that are not helpful for recovery, like being in a deficit.

I would be Measuring my progress by how well I'm maintaining work progressing in strength or sets or reps while my body weighs going down. Even maintaining while weights going down would be progress.

Hope this helps a little

Thank you for your answer and you are right about the deficit and the difficulty in mantaining strength pumps etc.
Im just thinking doing all the same as a natural vs trying the 11 keto, i dont notice any difference, at least for now.
Ill keep pushing as much as i can, and i come back for an update after some weeks.

Honestly, some ppl "feel" anabolics and some dont. I'm kinda the dont. If I go from trt 150mg test per week to 500mg and add something like eq or masteron I feel no different. I just keep pushing a little harder and usually at some point I see a difference in the mirror and my weights are up but I dont actually feel anything. Some orals make me feel stimulated mentally but not in a good way, it's like a subtle buzz in the background. Like your just slightly on edge. So normally when I feel something, it's a bad thing.

11-keto is for recomp/fat loss. It's very good at preventing muscle breakdown in a large deficit by inhibiting cortisol, but it's a very weak anabolic. Doesn't give me endurance or pumps either, even at large doses. So this isn't surprising. If your diet and cardio are on point you should be seeing scale numbers dropping quickly with minimal strength loss. If your calorie deficit isn't large enough, you might not be seeing much at all in terms of results. And if you're used to stronger AAS or prohormones you may have higher than reasonable expectations.
