What's up lads I just did my last shot of growth hormone this morning. I'm going to be moving and I decided not to order another batch of growth for financial reasons plus I'm going to be moving and driving around so I don't really have the perfect schedule either. I do however have a couple bottles of mk677 that I ordered from the same guy I get my growth from a while back which I figured I would take if money ever got tight because I heard it's a good alternative to using growth if you're on a budget. I heard that the recommended dose is 10 to 25 mg per day. I have 10 mg tabs. I have a glucometer which I used when I started GH to track my blood sugar and I know the same needs to be done when using mk677. From what I read about mk677 it seems that it is mainly well tolerated in most people with the common side effects being the blood sugar thing it could also make you bloated or retain more water but I'm assuming that's dose dependent. Does anybody have any experience with mk677? Is it generally well tolerated? Anything I should know before I start using it? Thanks 😎

you have the glucometer so that’s a plus. Check every a.m. along w BP. Start doing that for a week before jumping on the MK just to get a baseline. I’d recommend a GDA as well. In an effort to stay ahead of an insulin issue. GlycoPhase and gluco-vantage XT by SNS are my go to’s. GlycoPhase taken once and supplement the rest w GlucoVantage XT(equals 500mg of benerine but well tolerated by the gut) get in neighborhood of 2000mg
1 dose of GlycoPhase and 3 of the GlucoVantage XT
I have run it at 12.5 and at 25mg. W your previous exp w REAL growth id go w 20mg/ 2 caps.
it’s not identical to real HGH. Similar to a test booster not being the same as real Test
Run the Mk 5 days on 2 days off. It makes me groggy so I take at bedtime. You will sleep like a rock.

To be honest I'm not really going to use it to try to get growth hormone like results I just want to get my natural levels to an optimal state. In fact when I was taking growth I was only using 1.6 IU's daily which did have my igf-1 outside the normal range but just by a little tiny margin and that's basically what I would like. Those supplements you're mentioning is that something that controls blood sugar or something? Because I figure what the low dose as long as my fasting blood sugar remains under 100 I would be okay
 
Yes those are for glucose control. I have never run legit HGH so not educated on how and if it plays w fasted glucose in A.M.

Mk677 is not a Alternative to hgh at all, like not even slightly. It is its own animal with Its own uses And its best purpose is to help you put on weight and eat more food and maybe get a little bit of extra sleep / recovery. But as far as the cosmetic benefits, the fat loss, the 1+1=3 steroids and hgh, nope. It dont do none of those things like hgh does.

Ive got my igf score stupid high with mk and peps but its not the same at all.

On paper it should be just like hgh, its not.

And I'm not against the use of the stuff.I actually like it, just not for the purpose that you are intending it for. Mk has Actually gotten a bad rap over the years.For the fact that people unknowingly say it's an alternative to hgh.

I missed this post. If your goal is to just jack up your levels a bit it will definately do that

Ok and as far as health risks, not really any concerns aside from blood sugar and possible water retention? I plan on taking 10mg once daily

If you get water retention it usually goes away in a few days. The blood sugar thing i can easily control by skipping a dose or 2 each week and going no carbs that day. If you eat low carb in general I wouldn't think it would be an issue either. Just dont take mk and pound junk food which i dont think is a issue for you.

Okay cool yeah the only other thing I was worried about is a few people told me that it can cause anxiety because I guess it stimulates similar receptors that also have something to do with anxiety and as you know me I'm always getting anxious over dumb **** it's kind of funny because I've literally never had any health problems with anything I've ever tried but I always get inside my own head and start freaking myself up for literally no reason. On paper mk677 looks like a great alternative to growth hormone if I'm just trying to boost my igf a little bit and also a way to save money in between using the real stuff. From everything else I've read it seems to be fairly safe, I just hope to God I don't start getting anxiety from it

I have pretty bad anxiety at times And I can't say i've ever noticed mk make it worse or better

Oh by the way I forgot to ask you. When I was using 1.6 IU daily of growth my igf-1 was right around 300. I think it was like 290 something. How high did MK get your igf? And at what dose were you taking.

I cant even begin to think which ones of my logs had the numbers in them but ive tried 12.5-25mg a day, ive done it 5x week, 2 weeks on 1 week of and with and without cjc dac. I dont remeber all the numbers but they were all over 300 and most were in the low 400s if im not mistaken. The #'s do not seem to be reflective of gains or fat loss in my opinion.

Yeah the whole reason I would use MK is to get my igf to a high normal level basically like trt but for growth. It's been a few days now since I've been off of gh. Maybe 4 days now? I feel fine so maybe everything will be okay
