Best way and time to use Glycophase

Hi guys.
Starting eating healthy and going ro the gym, want to know what is the best best way to optimize the use of glycophase mostly to lose weight and get some pump while in the gym. I am 6'1 weight 218lbs.
What would be a simple protocol yet powerful?

I take 2 capsules twice per day, about 15 to 30 mins before my highest carb meals.

Sometimes my days are hectic and I don't know when I'll get to eat until I get to eat and on those days I'll take them with my meals. Before is ideal, but with them is okay too if you don't have the chance to prior.
 
If you're looking specifically to 'feel' something in the gym... 2-4 caps ~30 minutes before a pre-workout meal with carbs. Should notice a bit of a boost in pump/muscle fullness.
 
like everyone stated 20-30mins prior to meal for me works very well.

Older thread but I just got my glycophase today. Going to start with 1-2 caps my first couple days. Just curious though, When you do 4 caps, how many carbs do you intake with it?

I rarely if ever used 4 caps specifically before a pre-gym meal... I'd use 4 if ~100g+ carbs in a big meal or something like that, but my pre-meals would never usually be anything that big haha. 2 caps + a bowl of oatmeal, simple things like that would be my normal pre meal.

Ok awesome. I typically workout fasted but right now my gym schedule is temporarily different because I’m off on baby leave. My preworkout meal is overnight oats, but I like my preworkout meal 2 hours pre, so that puts my glycophase 2.5 hours preworkout, I’m assuming that’s fine? I think im over thinking this lol

Yea, that should be fine. I usually eat ~2 hours before the gym, give or take.
