I have used bulbine as a pre workout and it has served me well in terms of aggression and a harder denser physique. I have tried many different dosing protocols. 5 on 2 off and 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I found that pre workout dosing to yield the best results.

thanks for a quick review .. i havent been on this for a while but i remember when i took .. i did everyday @700mg split morning afternoon and enjoyed it for 2 months
