Retain Water

Kind of an odd question but what's the best thing t9 add water and glycogen weight without anabolics?
Maybe creatine, anything else?
 
Eat a shitload of carbs, sodium and creatine. No anabolics but how do you feel about mk 677, that will put some water weight on you
 
I hold water in my belly anytime I eat an extra almond outside of my planned meals, maybe you can try that.

But really, Glycerpump, Citrulline, Carnitine, Cialis, etc. Maybe give something like Glycophase a try with extra carbs and electrolytes.

First bench comp i was eating 4200 cal a day the last 5 weeks or so and i was having 1000cal a day from chinese take out and mc donalds. I was definately holding a lot of water lol
 
Is there a specific reason why?

Carbs.

For transient water Glycerol.

For potentially more positive water status and hydration Creatine and Betaine, maybe glutamine (or l-alanyl-l-glutamine).
My guess is for strength or its a thin guy looking to gain weight and get a little instant "gains/bloat" you would be suprised how many guys i talk with who want to gain "weight" instead of build muscle.

Ehhh..just have a friend that needs to add some size for athletic purposes.. hard gainer that eats a lot and trains, but every bit helps.

Adding bloat and water weight will take away from your athletic ability unless your a limemen or a powerlifter ect, but its gonna take away from speed, agility and all things "athletic". And every hard gainer says they eat a lot but they dont. You eat like a 150lb man you weight 150lbs. You start eating like a 200lb man and the scale will start moving twords 200lbs and so on.

I run into this issue with teenagers. They eat a boatload of food 1-2 times a day. Start doing that 5x a day and they will gain weight. Same applies to everyone unless you got some medical conditions like hyperthyroidism. But guess how you build mass with hyperthyroidism...... you gotta eat more lol. Theres no way around it. Food=mass

Sure. It's more of a time thing. Students just aren't home enough to eat that much in season these days.

Thats nonsense, I know what you wanna hear, but unfortunately what you wanna hear isn't going to bring success. Its called a cooler. I eat breakfast, pack 2 meals and a shake for the road and eat dinner when i get home, Then I'll usually have another meal before bed.. Anyone can throw a couple ice packs in their bag with some grilled chicken wraps, protein bars etc.

Anywho, i think you got about all the water weight tips you can get.

You could always start the day with a 2000 calorie shake and knock out half the battel

Yeah..I'm talking a student at school 12 hours a day and tries to find a way to fit in 3 100o cal shakes. Not an adult or college student. I've done shows and owned a gym for over a decade. I know a little bit.

Now there soo busy they dont even have time to drink a shake.

And you use to compete, but your looking for advice on how to retain water.

Yes. I've competed and yes I'm asking about retaining water for someone else.

Yes, they eat a ton in the off season and make progress. The in season no time and lose alot of thr gains. Amy way to hold on to mass, water, muscle, fat is the goal.

Hopefully that clarified everything for you.
