I think i F’d up

Hi ya doin

New member
Let me preface a little, ive been on paroxitene and zanax for years. i get anxiety and depression as its hereditary in my family. Ive lifted probably since i was 17 or 18 pretty consistently. Ive messed around a few times in my youth with D-bol only and Test only cycles. Using minimal amounts.

as of June 31st i picked up a bottle of Watson 200 Test C. A co-worker recommended i did 1cc every monday and friday. Guys been on gear forever but he dosnt know i take anti depressants.

i started at 1cc that day7-28 and did another cc that following friday 8-4. It made me super hyper so the following two injections i did .75cc’s on mon 8-7 and friday 8-11. I started feeling really shitty, moody and irritable. The last shot i tool was .60 on 8-15 bc i missed that monday. I want off this train because i feel terrible. Anxious, depressed, extremely fatigued. I spoke to my GP who said just stop because i wasnt on that long and let your Paxil and Xanax build back up. I started taking zinc to try and stabilize my natural T a bit bc im afraid i fucked myself up. My bloodwork total T was in the high 5’s before i started.

I guess my question is this common and when do you guys think i may start to feel better?

My impressions have been that people dealing with anxiety and depression, let alone on medication for such conditions, are the worst candidates for taking AAS.

It’s like having a nut allergy. You avoid foods that have nuts in them, no matter how much you’d like to have them. It’s a non-starter.

Thanks for the reply and your right. I did **** up. Just looking for some answers from guys who may have dealt with this before its brutal. Only being on 3 and a half weeks i hope i didnt mess up too bad

No your right im off. Creatine and protein are the way i have to go. I have chlomid. What do you suggest and are there any possible interactions?
Don’t take clomid off scrip. Too many side effects you could potentially be walking into. Just talk to a doctor and follow their advice. Stay away from any AAS, pro hormones, sarms, etc. Like you said, stick with creatine and protein - clomid is NOT in the same league as those two.

Ok so no PCT, any ideas how long the Test will be floating around in my body? Any insight when ill start feeling better? Anyone here have any experience?

A lot of people have emotional issues on clomid. I really can't speak to it because I never have, so you might want to skip the clomid. If I were to run it I would probably only have done like 25/12.5/12.5 given the nature and length of the cycle. It's very possible you will just recover with some time. But yes, you might want to skip the clomid given your current situation.

No i havnt stopped my meds, but as i understand it the way that the anti depressants work is you build up a “bank” of certain neurotransmitters that make you feel “normal” ie. Balances you out. I can only conclude that the test depleted my “bank” or is effecting my head in some other way through adrenal glands or something. 🤷🏽‍♂️

i mean dont get me wrong im not nuts lol but i do have anxiety and depression issues. Just looking for info on how long these sides generally last from real world experience not google searches

Honestly, there's no way to know, man.

It varies Greatly from person to person.
Some people have Zero emotional sides.

yea i guess your right. I guess i read half life of cyp is like 8 days but i dont know if thats more for a long time user or someone like me who did three and a half weeks

…I think your problems arose from the anxiety caused by attempting a ‘half-asss” cycle (no plan) Doesn’t seem like you were prepared, had ancillaries on hand etc…

Then you had to admit gear use to your doctor….another high anxiety situation…

Hard too say..
Everyone responds differently to each compound sometimes..
Some compounds like EQ cause anxiety..
I'd do a lot more research and ask some educated Questions..
Even Test C and E ,cause different people problems..I'm saying some have problems with one but not the Other..
Something to chew on..

yep like i said i fucked up, hoping to feel like me soon. Talking to the Dr wasnt a big deal. I just hope others that read my post learn from it. I used to be able to handle stuff like this no issue. Times and bodies change i guess. Thanks for your honest reply

Yeah for the most part nothing happened, unfortunately you convinced yourself that it was causing problems. Underlining medical issue is the problem. Stick to the basics for your sanity.

Im sticking to nothing more then creatine, so you think that short period of time had nothing to do with how i feel?

The body changes as we age...Period..!!
Either you change with it...
OR
It will..Remind You...
Solid Hard Truth..!!
At 57...with two cancers, one terminal...Believe me, I know..

I have had to press Restart more times than I can count..but that's OK..
I'm still alive and thriving once Again..

We can't always choose our Battles....
BUT..
We can choose how we Fight Them..!!

You guys have been very helpful, i think im on the road to feeling better day by day. I have an apt with an endo this week for bloodwork and an eval of said bloodwork next week. I keep reading half life is this. Then another article says half life is this. Thats why i came here. For real world experience. I cant afford not to be on my A game at work for a number of reasons. Its no desk job. Guess i fucked around and found out.

has anyone had to deal with withdrawl and how long did it take? 1 poster said it varied and hes prob right. Just looking to collect some data for someone who did 5 shots total and what that may mean in terms of recovery

They work by blocking a percentage of the re-uptake of serotonin thus increasing levels of serotonin not by building up a bank of neurotransmitters. You're going to be alright man. Just sounds like your anxiety is through the roof. Work on your breathing techniques and meditation. Ive ran all of my cyles on ssri's and anxiety meds but my anxiety and drepressions is under control so I did not have any problems.

Mine were under control as well years actually. Felt great just looking for a little edge. Either way i did it incorrectly and now have to try and get back to where i was. My test levels weren't really low to begin with in the 5’s. Which i guess isnt bad for a 42year old. But thanks for the reply you guys are awesome

I am gonna say that allot of this is in your head. You have yourself all wound up brother. You did not take very much and not for very long. Just move on. I take meds like you and have zero problems, but I used too. Now I can up to a gram of gear without a problem. I found that most of it was in my head and my lack of experience. Take that for what its worth and move on from this now. Your ok.
